Co The invention relates to the chemical treatment of metals and can be used for etching ispsia from carbon and low alloy steels, in particular pipes after high temperature processing. For etching carbon and low alloy steels, they are used in unionic acid pickling solutions, with or without the addition of inhibitors. 13 These solutions contain strong acids, the scale removal process is very slow (for carbon and low alloy steels, the time for scale descaling is 1-5 h ). When the temperature of the solution rises, pererav of the base metal is possible; hydrogenation, moreover, the use of these solutions causes corrosion of the equipment of the workshop, adversely affects the environment due to the release of toxic substances. A known solution for pickling carbon steel, containing 1-2 O% ammonium sulfate, 2-15% supanofanilic acid and water 2. The disadvantage of this solution is a longer duration of pickling (1.5-5 hours) and low working capacity of the solution, in addition, the use of This solution adversely affects the environment. due to its toxicity. The closest in composition to the present invention is an etching solution containing Trilon B 5, O-10.0 g / l, tirone 0.1-0.5 g / l and water up to 1 l, as well as hydrochloric acid, which t to pH 4-6. A disadvantage of the known solution is its low working capacity and etching rate due to the small pickling capacity. The purpose of the invention is to increase the workability of the pickling solution and intensify the etching process. The goal is achieved by the fact that the solution containing ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (tripone B) contains triethanolamine and hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid in the following ratios of components, g / l: Trilon B100.0-160.0 Hydroxyepipidiphosphonic Cispot (HEDP) 20.0-45.0 The structural formula of hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid (mol. Weight 206.0 g) p he / ° o "p-it .. Structural tyrone (Tyrone, mol. Weight 314.0 g) OH The role of hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid in this solution is that The loss of triethanolamine (each of these cops "" ponents separately does not give this effect) intensifies the process of separating the ocapina (descent). The separation takes place in the form of plates and pieces of scale, which then practically does not dissolve and collects at the bottom of the bath, which increases the efficiency of the solution. When this happens, a small podtrav basic layer of metal. When conducting tests in laboratory conditions, the following equipment is used: Equipment 1. Glass bath of heat resistant glass with a capacity of 1 l. 2. Electric cooker. 3. Thermometer, mercury (0-150 С). Reagents 1.Trilon B, grade ch.d.a. 2. Monoethanopamine, TU 6-09-2447-72, then + 9 ° C. 3. Oxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, analytical grade. Samples 1. Pipes made of steel grade 2OK, diameter 25, wall thickness 3 n, length 20O mm. 2. Pipes made of steel grade 21 a, diameter 25, thickness 3 and length 50mm. Heat treatment of samples to obtain scale was carried out in a muffle furnace at IIOO C for 1 O min. Solutions are prepared as follows. In a glass pickle bath containing 90 O ml of distilled water.
The required amount of Trilic B is added and dissolved with stirring at 60 ° C, then daetavopamine is added, hydroxyethylpidinephosphonic acid is added after it is dissolved, it is dissolved and the solution is cooled to 20 ° C, and then brought to 1 l and mix well.
1 и 2.The compositions of the prepared and tested solutions are given in Table. 1 and 2.
The tests are carried out as follows.
The prepared samples from the obtained heat treatment of the scale are immersed in the solution and etched at 6 (fc until the scale is removed completely. The etching rate is determined by the time of complete descaling of the sample.
The operability of the solution is determined by the accumulation of iron before the first adjustment.
The total accumulated iron in the etching Geivire is determined by photocolorimetric method with sulfasalicylic acid after the destruction of the complexes and the separation of iron in the form of hydroxide by ammonia.
The results of the tests will lead to table. .1 and 2 (average of 1O samples).
При выходе за нижний предел предлагаемых концентраций снижаетс работоспособиость раствора, а при выходе за верхн11й предел снижаетс скорость травлени .As can be seen from the table. 1 and 2, the efficiency of the proposed pickling solution (No. 2-4) and the rate of etching in it of carbon steel products are 2-3 times more than in the known. When the proposed concentrations go below the lower limit, the working capacity of the solution decreases, and when the upper limit is exceeded, the etching rate decreases.
Thus, the application of the proposed solution in comparison with the known method allows to intensify the process of pickling products from carbon and low alloy steels. When this happens, the solution also increases. This is due to the fact that the etching in the proposed solution occurs due to the binding of all the metals that make up the carbon and low alloy steels, c. durable soluble complexes.
В качестве базового объекта может быть прин т сернсжислотный травильный раствор; содержащий серную кислоту и ингибитор ХСЮП-10.A basic acid pickling solution can be taken as the base object; containing sulfuric acid and inhibitor HSUP-10.
