Description

The invention relates to devices for applying sealing grease and can be most effectively used in pipe rolling mills and for drilling operations when screwing couplings on pipes.

A device for applying a lubricant under pressure is known, comprising a rotary table with a lubricant container, a stirrer driven by driving and driven gears, and a lubrication supply and metering mechanism comprising a rubber feeding tube, upper, middle and lower rod and profiled cams. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability and durability of the device by eliminating the contacts of parts of the device with lubrication.

The device works as follows.

The resin tank 2 is hermetically closed, and with the hardener capacity 3 placed in it, it is placed in the mixing position. When the actuator 7 is turned on, the stirring mechanism 4 begins to operate, and the slam-shut 10 is lowered onto the container 2, dividing it into two communicating vessels, and the pistons 8 and 9 alternately press against the containers 2 and 3. The container 3 with the hardener, 0 falls under one of the pistons torn.

Upon further movement of the pistons 8 and 9, the mixture from the resin and the hardener mixes without disturbing the tightness of the container 2.
