Known wear cast iron containing carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, nickel, copper, titanium, cerium, magnesium, boron, tin, and iron. The closest in composition and durable properties to the proposed is cast iron containing, Carbon 1.8-3.2 Silicon1.52.5 Manganese, 9, Chromium 0.3-1, 0 Nickel 0.3-1.2 Copper0.01- 3.0 Vanadium. 0, Yttrium0.05-0.15 Cerium0,, 08 Iron The Rest Cast iron has a high level of chemical properties I,. However, the wear resistance of this cast iron is low. The purpose of the invention is to increase the wear resistance of cast iron,. The goal is to achieve that cast iron containing carbon, beryolium, manganese, chromium, nickel, copper, vanadium, yttrium, cerium, and iron, contains titanium, alumina, molybdenum, and boron in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Carbon 3 2-4.2 Silicon. 2.25-3.0 Manganese6, Chromium2.5-4.8 Nickel0.5-6.5 Copper0.3-2.2 Vanadium0.3-4.85 Yttrium0.005-0.05 Cerium 0.02-0, 05 Titanium 0.15-0.65 Aluminum0, 15-0.8. Molybdenum 0.4-1.8 Bor0.005-0.08 IronEstal Content of the components in the iron within the specified limits provides a low level of cast iron mechanical properties and wear resistance. When the carbon content is less than 3., 2% of the cast iron structure becomes white, when the carbon content exceeding 4.2 in the structure appears with a large amount of free g fit, which leads to a decrease in the strength of the cast iron. When the silicon content is less than 2.25%, a large amount of carbides is formed, and the increase is more accompanied by the formation of a large amount of graphite, which reduces the strength properties of cast iron. Manganese significantly reduces the eutectoid transformation of iron-carbon alloys and contributes to austenization of cast iron. When the manganese content is less than 6.5, the matrix has a martensitic structure. When the content of manganese in the cast iron is more than 16%, a carbide phase is formed in the form of large inclusions. The presence of chromium cast iron ensures the optimal amount of the carbide phase and an increase in its microhardness. Nickel contributes to the austenization of cast iron and increases the strength of the metal matrix. With an increase in the nickel content of more than 60, its influence on the properties of cast iron is not detected, Copper contributes to austenization and increases the fluidity of the cast iron. An increase in the copper content of more than 2.2 leads to its elimination along the boundaries of the primary grains and a decrease in the strength properties of cast iron. Vanadium in cast iron leads to an inversion of the microstructure, Vanadium's beneficial effect on the microstructure and the properties of wear-resistant cast iron begins to manifest itself when the content of vanadium is greater than 0.3%. In an increase in the content of vanadium in the iron in quantities greater than 4.85, further improve the microstructure and increase no cast iron properties are observed. Yttrium is introduced into the composition of cast iron with the purpose of grinding the carbide phase, increasing its microhardness, improving its shape and reducing the size of graphite inclusions. The effect of yttrium on the structure and properties of cast iron begins to appear when it is contained above 0.005. The optimum content of yttrium is in the range of 0.005-0.05. When its content is more than 0.05, large inclusions of the carbide phase begin to form, which leads to an increase in brittleness and a decrease in the wear resistance of the iron. Cerium contributes to the grinding of the primary phases of the structure and obtaining a compact or spherical form of graphite. Its positive: effect on the structure and properties of cast iron manifests itself with a content greater than 0.02. When the content of cerium is more than 0.05%, the amount of the carbide phase increases significantly, the brittleness of the pig iron increases. Titanium in the quantities used is a modifier. Its modifiable action begins to manifest itself at a content of 0.15%. At a titanium content of more than 0.65%, a deterioration in shape and an increase in the size of graphite inclusions are observed, which leads to a decrease in the strength properties of the cast iron. The introduction of aluminum cast iron contributes to the stabilization of the structure and properties of cast iron. The content in the iron more than 0.15 aluminum leads to an improvement in the shape of the grzfitovykh inclusions and stabilizes the ratio of the phases of the microstructure. An increase in the content of alcmini and cast iron to more than 6.8% leads to a deterioration in the shape of graphite in the appearance of aluminum oxide films and a decrease in the strength and antifriction properties of the cast iron. Introduction to the composition of cast iron molybdenum provides an increase in the strength of the metal matrix, and an increase in the wear resistance of cast iron. The beneficial effect of molybdenum on the microstructure and the properties of cast iron begins to manifest itself when its content in the iron is pain of more than 0.4%. When the content of molybdenum increases more than 1.8%, its effect on the properties of cast iron is not observed. Boron contributes to the grinding of the carbide phase and increases its microhardness. The effect of boron on the microhardness of the carbide phase I appears with its contents; more than 0.005%. When boron content is more than 0.08%, further

предлагаемого чугуна за счет улучшени износостойкости чугуна составл ет 2, ,1 на тонну готовой продукции .A table for the increase in the microhardness of the carbide phase is not observed. Melting of the investigated irons is carried out in IST-0.16 induction furnaces. The foundry and secondary pigs, granulated nickel, cathode copper, secondary aluminum, ferroalloys, molybdenum, chromium, titanium, boron, vanadium, 14eri and yttrium are used as charge materials. Samples are cast from the cast irons studied to study the microstructure and properties of the chu. guna. ; The chemical composition of cast iron is given in table. 1. A study of the microstructure of cast irons showed that the cast irons offering the logo state as compared to the first known have 1.3-2.5 times smaller inclusions of the carbide phase and 1.2-1, A times more small inclusions of graphite close to spherical. In addition to the carbide phase with a microhardness of 11 5-1260 N, the cast iron has a highly comminuted phase with a microhardness of 1865-1 0 N. The presence of this phase is associated with the formation of complex alloyed carbides. In tab. Figure 2 shows the results of the mechanical / ix properties of the cast irons. When testing for wear resistance, hardened itOX steel is used as the -controller. . As can be seen from the table, the proposed cast iron, while maintaining mechanical properties at the level of the known, has a significantly higher wear resistance. The economic effect of the introduction. The proposed pig iron, by improving the wear resistance of the iron, is 2, 1 per ton of finished product.
