Ate 110 The invention relates to building materials, namely concrete mixes, and can be used in the manufacture of products and structures of concrete mixes. , A known concrete mixture, including May. %: mineral per 812, aggregate 6О-91, additive 0.001 0.2, water the rest. The product of high-temperature pyrolysis of gasoline flj. However, due to the inconsistent composition of the product of high-temperature pyrolysis of gasoline, mixtures with this additive have low plasticity, sometimes not different from the plasticity of mixtures without the addition, and low corrosion resistance. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a special mixture, including May. %: Portland cement 10-22, aggregate 66-84, the addition of penozoline emulsion 0.2-1.3 water the rest 2. However, this concrete mixture has low plasticity, and concrete based on it is not high enough corrosion resistance. The purpose of the invention is to increase the plasticity of the concrete mix and the corrosion resistance of concrete. This goal is achieved by the fact that the concrete in the mix, including porgtlandtsement, crushed stone, sand, cism-based synthetic fatty acid additive and water, as an additive based on synthetic fatty acid contains a textile adjuvant used in the finishing of the nitron fiber at the following ratio of components . %: Portland cement 16,90-19,09 Crushed stone 45,81-55,39 Sand 19,70-26,73 Textile auxiliary substance used in the finishing of the fiber NitronO, Ltd. 2-O, 37 WaterOstal As a textile-auxiliary auger substance used in the filament trim of nitron, sorbitan C or sorbital C-20 can be used. Sorbitan C is obtained by the esterification reaction of stearic acid and sorbitan bit (1,2,3,4,5,6 hexac hexol). Sorbital C-2O-polyoxyethylated derivative of sorbitan C. A textile-auxiliary substance used in the transporting of synthetic fiber nitron has the following characteristics. The textile auxiliary substance used in the synthetic synthetic fiber carving treatment nitron is a polymeric additive. When introduced into the concrete mix, as with the introduction of other polymeric materials, it fills the pores of the concrete, which leads to an increase in its corrosion resistance. In addition to this, this additive is air-entraining and thus contributes to the acidity of the concrete mix. For testing, a composition (N2-10) of concrete mixes with the proposed additive and one composition according to the prototype were prepared (see Table 2). The following materials are used to prepare the concrete mix. Portland cement GOST 1O178-76 M-4OO as a mineral in the tare, aggregates: quartz sand (GOST 10268-70, Mk 2.1 and GOST (8264-75) Mk 18 gravel. In the manufacture of concrete mixture, fine and coarse aggregate is dried to constant The concrete mixture is prepared as follows. The required amount of quartz sand and portland cement is loaded into the concrete mixer, transferred carefully, then crushed stone is added. one The mobility of the concrete mixture is determined by the slump of the cone. For the production of samples of cubes, forms with an edge of 15 mmf (GOST 22685-77) are used. for corrosion resistance in the following corrosive media (see Table 3). The test results are presented in tabs 4. Samples are tested for compressive strength and cold resistance.
5.test results are presented in Table. five.
