The invention relates to machine building, and more specifically to devices with permanent magnets, designed to fasten parts from ferromagnetic materials during various types of processing. A known magnetic attachment device is switchable by the method of neutralization, which contains fixed and movable magnetic blocks consisting of a set of steel plate hollows, between which permanent magnets are mounted. The mobile unit is located under the stationary and is in contact with it with one of its upper plane, while the mobile unit is placed in the housing, to which the fixed unit is attached on top. Switching the device results from moving the movable magnetic block relative to the fixed ij. A magnetic device, switched by a neutralization method, provides high clamping forces. The working surface is demagnetized when disconnected. However, in a color device, there are large magnetic losses in the interaction of mobile and stationary magnetic blocks. This is caused by the fact that the movable magnetic unit is located under the immobile and is in contact with it only by one plane, the width of which is limited by the width of the device, as well as by the shape of the magnetic cores of the movable unit and the location of the magnets in the fixed unit. Due to the large magnetic losses in the interaction of the blocks, in order to fully demagnetize the working accuracy of the device when it is disconnected, the area of the poles of the magnets located in the mobile unit must be significantly greater (on average by 20%) of the poles of the magnets of the fixed block. . In addition, the well-known magnetic plates have only one working surface on which the workpiece can be fixed. The presence of a housing in which a movable unit is located complicates and increases the cost of construction of the device. The purpose of the present invention is to simplify the design, reduce the volume of magnets in the movable magnetic unit and increase the number of working surfaces, to achieve the possibility of fixing the machined parts on four sides of the device, switched by the method of neutralization. To achieve these goals, in a known device, switched by the neutralization method, containing mobile and stationary magnetic blocks, which are sets of steel poles with magnets between them, a cylindrical hole is made in the fixed magnetic block, and the magnets in it are installed along the axis of the hole on both sides , and the movable magnetic unit is in the form of a cylinder and installed in the cylindrical hole of the stationary magnetic unit with the possibility of translational movement. FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the device in the On position; in fig. 2 - section aa of FIG. in fig. 3 is a longitudinal section of the device in the off position; in fig. 4 shows a variant of the device (longitudinal section) with a base plate of a non-magnetic material. The arrows indicate the passage of the magnetic flux when the device is turned on and off. The stationary magnetic unit of the device is a tetrahedral prism, in the central part of which a cylindrical hole is made, and consists of steel lamellar poles 1, between which there are permanent (for example oxide barium) magnets 2. The magnets are located on both sides of the cylindrical hole. Poles 1 and magnets 2 are fastened with straps 3 of non-magnetic material. The gaps between the pole bars can be filled with fast-hardening plastic or epoxy X-round (not shown). In the cylindrical hole of the stationary magnetic unit is mounted with the possibility of axial movement of the movable magnetic unit having a cylindrical shape, consisting of round steel magnetic cores 4 and ring magnets 5. The magnetic conductors 4 and magnet 5 are fastened with a clamp of non-magnetic material. The total area of the poles of the magnets 2 installed between the two poles of the fixed block is equal to or slightly less than the area of one ring magnet 5 of the movable block. Instead of ring magnets 5, disk magnets can be used. In the embodiment of the device (FIG. 4), a fixed magnetic unit is attached to the support plate 7 of a non-magnetic material. The device works as follows. In the on position (Fig. 1), the magnetic cores 4 of the movable and POLUSNIKI 1 of the fixed blocks, having the same polarity, are combined. The total magnetic flux created by the magnets of the movable and stationary blocks passes through the fastened parts 8, and they are attracted to the working surfaces of the stationary block. To turn off the device (Fig. 3), the fixed block is shifted to the position in which the magnetic cores 4 of the movable block and the pole 1 of the fixed block are oppositely polarized. At the same time, the magnets of the movable and fixed block mutually neutralize each other and are fixed Parts 8 are easily removed from the working surfaces of the device. . Moving the moving unit during switching may be accomplished by a screw, eccentric, or other mechanism. If the device is mounted on a ferromagnetic surface, for example, on a machine table, when switched on simultaneously with the fixing of the workpieces, the device is attracted to this ferromagnetic surface. In myogic cases, this is convenient, for example, for tools for locksmith processing, assembly and control. But at the same time, the fastening forces of the workpieces are reduced, as part of the magnetic flux closes on the machine table and does not pass through the parts to be fixed. Therefore, in those cases when it is necessary to fasten the parts to be processed with maximum force, and the device must be mounted on a ferromagnetic surface, the fixed block must be attached to the support plate 7 of non-magnetic material. It is known that in devices switched by the method of neutralization, containing mobile and stationary magnetic blocks, the magnets of the mobile block must have a larger pole area than the magnets of the stationary block (see O.Ya. Konstantinov Magneto, technological equipment, L., Mashinostroenie , 1974, p. 241). This is necessary to ensure complete demagnetization of the working surface of the device when it is turned off. The difference in the areas of the poles, and hence in the volume of the magnets, depends on the magnitude of the magnetic losses during the interaction of the mobile and stationary magnetic blocks. The greater the magnetic losses, the greater must be the ratio of the areas of the magnets of the mobile unit to the area of m of magnets of the fixed block. Magnetic losses are determined by the magnetic resistance of the gap between the movable and fixed blocks and the saturation of the steel of the magnetic cores of the blocks. Magnetic resistance of the air gap -. (1), where is the length of the air gap; jU (j is the magnetic permeability of air, S is the air gap area. If the movable magnetic unit has a cylindrical shape and is installed inside a stationary magnetic unit, then the contact area; the magnetic conductors of the blocks (air gap area) will be much larger than in devices ce prototype, ceteris paribus. Example: the fixed width of a fixed block of a known magnetic plate is 100 mm its movable magnetic block, is rectangular formula and is in contact with the bottom surface of a fixed block, cannot have a width greater than 100 mm (in fact, taking into account the body, its width is equal to mm). In the proposed device, with a fixed block size of 100 x 100 mm, a movable block with a diameter of at least 60 VM is freely located inside the fixed block. mm Thus, the contact area (air gap area) in the described device is more than two times larger than in the device, as a prototype, therefore the magnetic losses in the air gap in the proposed device will be smaller than in the known device whom size (see expression 1) 1 In addition, with a known device, when it is turned off, the entire magnet is. The flux created by two magnets adjacent to both sides of the magnetic core of the moving unit passes in one direction through this magnetic circuit of a relatively small cross section (in the example shown, its width is 80 mm). In the described device, the magnetic flux generated by two magnets passes through the magnetic conductor of the moving unit in two directions: one part of the flow neutralizes the magnet mounted on one side of the unit, and the other neutralizes the magnet mounted on the other side (see Fig. 3), Due to this, the magnetic saturation of steel in the proposed device
