The invention relates to welding production, in particular, to welding equipment for welding electrotrosis (molding and welding studs. It can be used in the repair of car body constructions, as well as in mechanical engineering, transport and other industries. The device for electric arc is known spot welding with boxed electrodes, containing a housing with a movable electrode holder placed in it, connected to the mechanism of its movement 1 1. The electrode moving mechanism is in the form of a rotary hole snaps and adjustable levers, a pair of rollers connected by means of flexible coupling, also a pair of ratchet crowns with oppositely directed ratchets placed coaxially on one of the rollers and interacting with the pivoting lever using the latches. intermediate pull with electromagnet coring. The device delivers the electrode in a pulsed mode, which is unacceptable when welding studs. In addition, the device has a rather complicated structure. Also known is a gun for welding studs, comprising a housing with a supporting end surface and a handle, as well as an electrode holder with an electromagnetic drive for its movement, made in the form of two consecutive electromagnets containing coils with C2 cores located on the framework. The gun causes the studs to sink into the weld pool after turning on the welding current, which results in gas bubbles and slag inclusions appearing on the surface of the stud end with the weld metal. Sagging of the studs is performed by means of a spring, which decreases the welding current and increases the pressure springs on the stud, due to the difficulty of adjusting the moment of switching on the electromagnet of the gun relative to the moment of switching on the welding current. 02 The gun can be additionally used for welding electric rivets of thin-sheet structures when installed in a pickup electrode instead of a stud, however, as in the case of stud welding, the presence of a spring feed mechanism often leads to freezing of the electrode to the product, which violates the stability of the arc and deteriorates the quality of welding. The aim of the invention is to increase the stability of the arc and improve the quality of welding. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a gun for welding studs, comprising a housing with a supporting end surface and a handle, as well as an electrode holder with an electromagnetic drive for moving it, made in the form of two successively located electromagnets with coils placed on the frames. The anchor of the first electromagnet — the most distant from the supporting surface of the housing — is rigidly connected with the electrode holder and is provided with a return spring, and its coil is mounted on the cortex of the second electromagnet, the coil of which is fixed to the housing. The drawing shows the proposed gun. The gun includes a housing 1 with a handle 2, an electrode holder 3, with electrode k, a current supply 5 microswitch 6. The housing with a handle moves along a guide 7, at the end of which is fixed a flange 8 with a nozzle 9 playing the role of an emphasis and protection, the arc zone . In the gun body there is an actuator for moving the electrode holder, consisting of two electromagnets 10 and 11, and the electromagnet 10 is mounted on the bark 12 of electromagnet 11. Anchor 13 of electromagnet 10 with rod I} is rigidly connected to insulating sleeve 15, in which electrode holder 3 is fixed. Insulating sleeve 15 is mounted on the bark 12 of the electromagnet 11 and is kept from moving relative to it by a return spring 16. On the frame 1 of the electromagnet 11 there is an adjustable stop 18 and a spring 19. The spring 19 serves to return the core 12 lektromagnita 11 to its original position after completion of the welding cycle. When screwing the lug 18 into the body of the electromagnet 11, the bore 12, under the action of the spring 19, is pushed out of the body, thereby increasing the pin separation value when the arc is excited. When unscrewing the stop 18, the frame of the electromagnet 10 moves back together with the bark 12 of the electromagnet 11, reducing the amount of detachment. The gun for welding studs works as follows. The nozzle 9 is mounted on the product to be welded. When pressing the handle 2, the housing 1 with the electrode holder and the electrode is fed towards the product until the studs come into contact with it. By pressing the microswitch 6, the welding voltage is applied to the electrode. Electromagnet 11 triggers, measles 12 attracts. c and removes the pin from the product by the arc gap, which is set by the adjustable stop 18. The arc is excited, and the welding process begins. After the time required to form the weld pool, the electromagnet 10 triggers, measles 13, compressing the spring 16, pulls, and the stem H pulls the insulating sleeve 15 with the electrode holder 3 installed on it from the core 12 of the electromagnet 11, carrying the stud k into the welding a bath. The depth of the draft of the stud is set by screwing or unscrewing the rod from the core 13. After a predetermined time has passed, the windings of the electromagnets 10 and 11. de-energized, and after releasing the stud, the electrodermal 3 returns to its original position. In order to initiate a new arc discharge, the electrode holder with the next pin installed therein is moving the housing 1 with the handle 2 along the guide 7 to the product side until it touches it, and the process is repeated. The gun allows both stud welding and welding with electric rivets. At the same time, the welding process with electric rivets is similar to the process when-. boiling studs, with the difference that after the excitation of the arc, after the time required for the formation of the weld pool, the electrode is supplied to the arc burning zone. After a specified time, the arc extinguishes, and after the rivet is set, the electrode returns & initial position without its release from the electrode holder. The use of a gun improves the quality of welding, because The drive of the cage does not affect the process of initiating the arc, and the draft of the stud is carried out under current.
