Description
1 и 2. O) The invention ornosti to the foundry, namely, the plastic fortress training self-hardening mixtures used in the manufacture of castings in one-off forms. The compositions of plastic self-hardening mixtures used to make casting molds and cores 1 are known. A combination of iron oxides with phosphoric acid is used as a binder in this mixture. Such a molding mixture makes it possible to obtain fogms with pressing and technological and physical properties. The disadvantage of this mixture is the use of expensive bonding materials and the high content of fresh molding materials, in particular quartz sand. The known molding mixture, which is prepared on the basis of quartz sand, includes orthophosphoric acid and FeO as a binder. During the interaction of HPRO and FeO, iron phosphates are formed, which possess high binding capacity and heat resistance; The molds obtained on the basis of the compositions have good mechanical properties and produce high quality castings. However, the high activity of FeO largely determines the low survivability of wood. In addition, this molding mixture requires a large amount (up to 90%) of fresh quartz sand. Closest to the invention to the technical essence, and the achieved effect is a self-hardening mixture for making foundries in the rods, including quartz, 1st sand, ortho-phosphorus acid, and as an iron-containing material metallurgical dust СЗ. However, this mixture provides insufficient heat storage capacity, as a result of which tightness and density of castings are not always achieved. The aim of the invention is to increase the heat storage capacity and reduce the consumption of hard disk glass. To achieve this goal, a self-hardening mixture for the manufacture of casting molds, including quartz sand, orthophosphoric acid and material based on iron oxides, as a material based on iron oxides, contains a product of wet cleaning of cupola gases cupola cup in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%:. The product of wet cleaning of cupola-shaped gases is cupola 40–40–50. Orthophosphoric acid6–8 Quartz sandThe remaining cinderwood has the following composition, in wt%: 8 The dispersion of the cupola burner is as follows: 45–7O% of the burning beans remain on the OD-O stages, 16. The surface area of the avna is 1400–2600. The product of wet cleaning of the cupola elements does not twitch pretreatment and is used after extraction from the gas cleaning system and drying to 0 enough moisture. , 5-1%. Molding mixture prepared by peemeshivan and the ORIGINAL molding materials in a roller-type mixer for 5 minutes, followed by the introduction of orthophosphoric acid and stirring for S minutes The invention is illustrated by the compositions and properties that are listed respectively in Tables 1 and 2.
