Description

There are known methods for soldering ceramics (and, in particular, silicite), carried out with the use of an expensive suspension of silver oxide.

Затем металлическа  деталь совмещаетс  с силитом и на шов пайки помещаетс  припой (в виде проволоки , шайбы или порошка) с температурой плавлени  от 630° (например , серебр по-медно-кадмиевый припой) до 1530° (чистое железо).The proposed method of preparing silicon (silicon carbide) for joining by soldering with metal or SILITOL1 makes it possible to obtain an equal-strength weld with cheaper means. To do this, a thin layer of an aqueous suspension of molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) is applied to the soldering site, which acts as a flux during the soldering process. The metal part is then combined with the silicate and a solder (in the form of wire, washer or powder) is placed on the weld solder with a melting point of 630 ° (for example, silver-copper-cadmium solder) to 1530 ° (pure iron).

The prepared assembly is loaded into a hydrogen furnace and heated to the melting point of the solder.

Due to the presence of flux (molybdenum trioxide), the solder well wets the silite and forms a strong hollow seam.

Предложенный способ можно также примен ть дл  металлизации сплита различными металла ми и припо ми .The proposed method can also be used for the metallization of the split with various metals and solders.
