Description

The subject of the invention is an acid-free alcohol-alkanine flux with zinc chloride and ammonium chloride, intended for brazing of copper, brass and galvanized iron with soft solders.

Известны также коррозионно-неактивные опиртоканифольные заащтные флюсы .Acid-free fluxes containing up to 25% zinc chloride and up to 1.5% ammonium chloride in aqueous solution are known. Corrosive-inactive oil-resistant protective fluxes are also known.

In the flux described below, ammonium chloride and zinc chloride are introduced into the alcohol solution of rosin. This increases the activity of the alcohol-cured flux during the soldering process and its anti-corrosion properties.

The flux has the following composition: Ethyl recrytate formate. . 66 cm

Kahn "foul; and in powder 30 g

3 Zinc chloride ...... 3

1 Ammon.and chlorine exhausts ...... 1

The flux is sutured by dissolving all the other components in the alcohol.

In its actuation; 3: in the process of soldering, the flux is close to aqueous solutions of zinc chloride, and in terms of anticorrosive properties, to alcohol-fluxing flux. Residual flux residues on the weld seam cause minor corrosion. Rubbing the schva on the solder with a cotton swab dipped in acetic acid or with a wash removes all corrosion.

The flux is applied in the same way as the drift-cured. It is perfectly safe for the health of workers.

Subject invention

хлористого аммони .The flux for brazing copper, brass and galvanized iron with soft solders, containing an alcohol solution of rosin, characterized in that, in order to increase its activity during the soldering process, from 1 to 4% zinc chloride and from 0 to 5 to 1.5% ammonium chloride.
