Description
Изобретение относитс к химической технологии переработки отработанных кислых травильных растворов, в частности к способам выделени из них сульфата никел .The invention relates to a chemical technology for processing spent acid pickling solutions, in particular to methods for isolating nickel sulfate therefrom.
Известен способ выделени сульфата металла из сернокислых отработанных травильных растворов путем добавки к ним органических реагентов из группы спиртов: метанола или этанола .There is a method of separating metal sulfate from sulfate spent pickling solutions by adding thereto organic reagents from the group of alcohols: methanol or ethanol.
The disadvantage of this method is that alcohols do not secrete nickel sulfate poorly from spent pickling solution.
д.2.The most basic to the invention according to the technical essence and the achieved effect is the method of extracting nickel sulfate from solutions by crystallizing the compound in the presence of organic substances with a boiling point of 50-90 ° C, soluble in water and having only 0, C, H atoms in the composition: acetone , alcohols, etc.
Недостаток способа,состоит в длительност и процесса кристаллизации (10-40 ч} основной массы сульфата никел .The disadvantage of this method is the duration and crystallization process (10-40 hours) of the bulk of nickel sulphate.
The purpose of the invention is to intensify the process. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of separation of nickel sulfate from spent acid pickling solutions by precipitation in the presence of organic compounds, the latter are used compounds from the group:
10 dimethylformamide, dimethylamine, ethylenediamine, and diethyl amines contained separately or jointly.
Carrying out the process in the specified conditions allows for 5-30 minutes

The addition of organic substances to more than 120 6b.% Per liter of pickling solution results in a thick, hardly processed mass, with additives less than 30%, the fullness decreases.
25 nickel sulfate recovery.
The method is carried out as follows.
1Organic substances from the row of dimethylformamide, dimethylamine, ethylene diamine, diethylamine are added to the spent pickling solution, pre-cooled to 20-30 C 30. The amounts of added substances take from 30 to 120%, mainly from 40 to 80% of the volume of the pickling solution. The mentioned substances are added by separation, all together or in any combination, from 30 to 50% of dissolved nickel is extracted from the pickling solvent. After removing the salt from the solution, organic additives are extracted from it for reuse, which minimizes the consumption of organic matter. Example. Separately, dimethylformamide, dimethylamine, ethylenediamine and diethylamine in the amount of 200-1400 ml per liter of the spent pickling solution are added to the spent pickling solution containing 30 g / l of nickel sulphate and 50 g / l of sulfuric acid. 5 minutes after stirring and removing the salt crystals, 12.1-25.8 g / l of NISO remains in the solution. The results of the experiments are outlined in the table. Thus, carrying out the process of extracting nickel sulfate from the treated pickling solutions in the presence of these additives of organic substances accelerates the process tenfold. Note 2. To one l of spent pickling solution, soda; hardening 30 g / l NiSO and 50 g / l. SO added together organic compounds in different ratios. The results of the experiments after 7 minutes of permixing are presented in Table 2. As can be seen, the treatment of the spent pickling solution with a mixture of organic compounds makes it possible to sufficiently completely isolate nickel sulfate within 5-7 minutes, intensifying the process ten times. Thus, the use of nickel sulphate from the spent acid pickling solution of organic compounds from the group of dimethylformamide, dimethylamine, ethylenediamine, diethylamine separately or together makes it possible to intensify the process of nickel sulphate making tenfold.
