(S) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ВОДОВЛАГОСТОЙКОЙ ДРЕВЕСИНЫ(S) METHOD FOR OBTAINING WATERWAY RESISTANT WOOD

Изобретение относитс  к области модификации древесины посредством ее химической обработки, касаетс  спосо ба получени  формостабильной древесины и может быть применено в деревообрабатывающей промышленности. Известны способы модификации дре весины посредством ее химической обработки уксусным ангидридом 1 3. Известен также способ получени  водовлагостойкой древесины, включающий ее ацетилирование и пропитку гидроксилсодержащим соединением 1 . Однако по известным способам не достигаетс  достаточно высокой степени формостабильности древесины. Цель изобретени  - повышение формо стабильности древесины. Это достигаетс  тем, что в качестве гидроксилсодержащего соединени  используют полиэтиленгликоль, преимущестоенно с молекул рной массой 150015000 , а пропитку им осуществл ют в течение 1 ч при 20-80°С. Способ осуществл етс  следующим образом. Воздушно-сухую древесину в автоклаве вакуумируют в течение 20 мин при остаточном давлении 5-10 мм рт. ст., затем пускают в автоклав уксусный ангидрид, подогревают и выдерживают при 100°С в течение б ч. После слива избытка модифицирующей смеси освобождают древесину от остатков жидкости путем нагревани  при100-150°С в течение 20 ч. Затем обработанную древесину пропитывают в 65%-ном водном растворе полиэтиленгликол  с молекул рной массой 1500 при 60°С. Получаема  по данному способу водовлагостойка  древесина имеет следующие показатели.The invention relates to the field of wood modification by means of its chemical treatment, relates to the method of obtaining form-stable wood and can be applied in the woodworking industry. This is achieved by using polyethylene glycol as the hydroxyl-containing compound, preferably with a molecular weight of 1,51515,000, and it is impregnated for 1 hour at 20-80 ° C. The method is carried out as follows. Air-dry wood in an autoclave is evacuated for 20 minutes at a residual pressure of 5-10 mm Hg. Art., then put into the autoclave acetic anhydride, heated and maintained at 100 ° C for 6 hours. After draining the excess modifying mixture, the wood is freed from liquid residues by heating at 100-150 ° C for 20 hours. Then the treated wood is impregnated in 65 % aqueous solution of polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of 1500 at 60 ° C. The wood obtained by this method is water resistant and has the following characteristics.
