The invention relates to the clothing industry and is intended for the wet-heat treatment of garments or duplication by means of adhesives and glues.

According to the main author. St. No. 931863 is a press for wet-thermal processing of garment parts, comprising lower and upper perforated cushions, the latter of which is driven, and a steam generator mounted on the lower cushion, and has a steam divider located along the entire plane of the inner side of the perforated lower cushion. This press allows to reduce the heat loss of the process steam, coming from the steam generator to the steaming cavity of the lower ironing pad 1.

A disadvantage of the known press is that the spent portions of steam, although they have rather high parameters, are released into the environment or into a special condensate trap, while the quality of the workpieces is reduced.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of processing and reliability.

This goal is achieved by the fact that one of the pillows has a vapor barrier gasket located along its perimeter, and the cavity of the upper pillow is connected to the steam generator by means of a check valve 5 and a pump.

The press includes the upper 1 and lower ironing cushions with a steam generator 2. Along the perimeter of the lower ironing cushion, Q, there are vapor-insulating gaskets 3, with which steam cavities 4 of the upper and 5 lower press cushions are steam-sealed and the tissue package 6 to be treated receives the necessary moisture and heat effect. The application of the invention will allow to increase the efficiency of the process steam, improve the microclimate in the working area, as well as extend the service life of the heating elements located in the steam generator by reducing the formation of scale on them.
