This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of wastewater treatment by sedimentation, aeration. air and filtration through a porous charge with its periodic flushing; aeration and filtration are carried out simultaneously, while the flow of wastewater and air is carried out in countercurrent. Preferably, air is supplied in an amount that provides a dissolved oxygen content in the filtrate of 0.5-2.0 mg / l. In a device for carrying out a sewage treatment method, containing jcopnyc, porous charging, piping wires for supplying and discharging treated and washing water and a device for supplying and distributing air, a device for supplying and distributing air is located in a porous charge; and under the air supply and distribution device is within li; ll ,. The method is carried out as follows. Sewage water after gratings and sandboxes is subjected to settling for 1.5-2.0 hours. With a high concentration of contaminants in the wastewater before settling it is possible to introduce mineral coagulum. Then the settled water is filtered at a speed of 1-5 m / h through a porous load with a particle size of 3-10 mm. Such materials whose particles have a rough surface, as well as open micropores that contribute to the partial preservation of microorganisms in the load after the backwash of the filter can be used as a porous load, which leads to a rapid recovery of the oxidizing power of the filter. Such materials include various slags, burnt and volcanic rocks, as well as expanded clay, schungisite, activated carbons, etc. The saturation of the wastewater with oxygen and air is carried out simultaneously with filtration, and the air is introduced into the thickness of the porous charge, while supplying the wastewater and air is carried out in countercurrent. The introduction of air into the charge into the drain to the waste water increases the mass transfer of oxygen from air to water, which leads to an increase in the degree of aerobicity in the porous load. The concentration of dissolved oxygen in the filter body ranges from 7-8 mg / l, which is close to saturation with 15-200-s, up to 1 mg / l in the lower layers of the filtering load. At such concentrations of dissolved oxygen in the waste water, obligate and strictly aerobic microorganisms develop on the surface and in the intergranular space of the porous load, leading to deep oxidation of organic pollutants, including those that are difficult to acid, with a small biomass yield. The movement of water in the bulk of the porous load during the filtration process promotes the outflow of metabolic products from microorganisms that form during their vital activity, and also provides a constant supply of microorganisms with nutrient substrate and dissolved oxygen, i.e. It creates favorable conditions for the viability of microorganisms. Excess biomass is removed from the load during backwash. I The introduction of air into the loading also contributes to its loosening, and this in turn leads to an increase in the duration of the filter cycle (the time between flushes. An increase in the duration of the filter cycle contributes to the accumulation of biomass in the filter loading and, consequently, an increase in purification. 2-10 mm. When a particle size is less than 2 mm, an increase in pressure loss occurs, resulting in frequent backwashing of the filter. With a particle size greater than 10 mm, the retarding method decreases loading in relation to suspended solids and biomass, which ultimately leads to a deterioration in the quality of purified water. Aeration of the porous load is performed with air flow, providing the content of dissolved oxygen in filtered water 0.5 2, 0 mg / l. oxygen in water at the outlet of the filter less than 0.5 mg / l, the organic oxidation of organic pollutants does not occur completely, the degree of purification decreases. Maintaining the concentration of dissolved oxygen in filtered water in excess of 2 mg / l is impractical for economic reasons. Example 1. Municipal wastewater with VPKd - 120 mg / l, COD 320 mg / l, suspended solids content 135 mg / l, settle for 2.0 h and filtered through slag with a particle size of 3-5 mm at a speed of 1.5 m / h. Porous loading aeration. produced with an air flow of water that provides the content of dissolved oxygen in the water at the outlet of the filter 0.7 mg / l. Porous loading is subjected to backwash 2 times a week. Water purification using this method was carried out for 4 weeks. Purified water has VPK - 15 mg / l, COD 60 mg / l, suspended solids 10-mg / l. Example 2. Municipal wastewater with VPKd of 250 mg / l, COD of 500 mg / l, suspended matter content of 265 mg / l, is subjected to treatment with ferric chloride (60 mg / l) and polyacrylamide (1.5 mg / l), defended for 1.5 h and filtered at a speed of 3.0 m / h through a porous load (expanded clay) with a slope of 5–7 mm. Aeration of the porous load is carried out with air flow 3, which provides the content of dissolved oxygen in the water leaving filter 1 mg / l. Porous loading is subjected to backwashing 1 time in 5 days. Water purification by this method was carried out for 2 weeks. Purified water has a BOD-10 mg / l, COD 50 mg / l, suspended solids 12 mg / l. The table shows the comparative data obtained during the purification of water by the known and the other proposed methods for. filtering speed of 3 m / h7 and the amount of air supplied (.3 m Vm of purified water), using crushed 3–7 mm granulated clay as a porous load. The drawing shows the proposed device. The device comprises a housing 1 filled with filtering porous loading 2 and an underlying layer 3 of gravel, a supplying pump 4, a stop valve 5, a pipeline 6 and a distribution funnel 7, a device 8 for supplying and distributing air, pipelines 9 for draining filtered and supplying An integral water valve is a shut-off valve 10, a pocket 11 for draining off fresh water, equipped with a discharge pipe and a shut-off valve 12. The device operates as follows. Sewage water, the feed pump 4 with the open shut-off valve 5 through the pipeline 6 is fed to the distribution funnel 7 and then to the filtering load 2 placed in the box: pus 1. Simultaneously with this, using the device 8, compressed air is supplied to the porous load 2. The ratio of aerated and non-aerated layer heights is 1: 1-1.4: 1. Reducing the height of the non-aerated loading layer by comparison with the adopted ratio. 1: 1 leads to an increase in the removal of suspended substances. An increase in the height of the aerated bed of loading in comparison with the accepted ratio of 1.4: 1 is inexpedient due to economic considerations due to an increase in capital and operational; costs. Biologically purified water in the aerated bed layer is filtered through the bottom non-aerated bed of the porous bed. The filtered water after passing through the underlying layer 3 of the gravel is collected in a tubular drainage system 9 and when the valve 10 is open, it is drained from the filter. The regeneration of the porous load 2 is carried out by reverse water washing, which is carried out with the valve 5 closed and the valves 10 and 1.2 open. ; At the same time the air supply is not stopped. The contaminated wash water is removed through the diverter weir 11 to drain the wash water and is directed through the pipeline with the open valve 12 to the head of the facilities. The present invention makes it possible to reduce the volume of work: an increase in the rate of filtration with an equal purification effect and also an increase in the duration of the filter cycle, i.e. reduce the consumption of wash water and energy consumption for washing. The economic effect of the dp - station with a capacity of 25 thousand pounds is 48.2 thousand rubles. in year. Claims. 1. A method for purifying waste water by settling, aerating air and using a porous load with periodic washing, which is characterized in that, in order to increase the degree of purification.
