Abstract

The essence of the technical solution lies in the possibility of creating three separate furniture units from a set of six board furniture elements. The assembly contains 2x element (1) and 1x elements (2), (3), (4) and (5). Part of the furniture elements are structural grooves into which the furniture elements are inserted. The created connection can be dismantled without the use of tools. The number, position and dimensions of the structural grooves make it possible to change the position of the furniture elements, thereby achieving a change in the form and function of the furniture unit.

V prípade transformovateľného nábytku ide o konštrukcie, v ktorých je umožnená zmena rozmerov konštrukcie alebo je umožnené pretvorenie konštrukcie a z nej vyplývajúca zmena funkcie nábytku. Pri zmene rozmerov sa myslí zmena, keď dochádza k zmene účelu použitia, napr. jedálenský stôl sa zmenou výšky stolovej dosky použije ako konferenčný stolík. Tieto konštrukcie patria do skupiny transformovateľného nábytku bez zmeny základnej funkcie. These constructions belong to the group of transformable furniture without changing the basic function. If there is a change in the position of the functional surfaces and a change in the shape of the structure, which conditions the change in function, it is transformable furniture with a change in basic function. The criterion for classifying transformable furniture into subgroups is a change in the degree of function. In the case of transformable furniture, it is possible to use only one function of the furniture structure or use it for only one purpose at a given time.

Existuje niekoľko typov transformovateľného nábytku z doskových konštrukčných prvkov, ktoré obsahujúcich sústavu drážok alebo otvorov. Drážky alebo otvory slúžia na spojenie týchto konštrukčných prvkov bez použitia spájacieho prostriedku. Takýto typ nábytku má spoje opodstatnenie pre jeho všestrannosť a nízke výrobné náklady. Ale aj tento typ nábytku musí dosahovať potrebnú pevnosť a bezpečnosť počas jeho používania. Známy je patent US6595378B2 opisujúci stojan na CD nosiče, vyrobený z doskových prvkov, pričom sa preferujú drevené materiály. V doskových prvkoch sú umiestnené drážky, do ktorých sa zasúvajú jednotlivé prvky. Prvky sú prestaviteľné, takže stojan môže mať rôznu podobu a taktiež veľkosti úložného priestoru sú nastaviteľné podľa polohy drážok.Patent US6595378B2 is known, describing a stand for CD carriers, made of board elements, while wood materials are preferred. Patentová prihláška US6532878B2 opisuje policový regál pozostávajúci z doskových prvkov, dvoch bočných, troch pozdĺžnych tvoriacich police a dvoch šikmých s funkciou stužujúcich vzpier. Na princípe drážok a doskových prvkov je aj konštrukcia ohrádky pre dojčatá a batoľatá uvedená v patente US5076546A. Konštrukcia pozostáva zo štyroch prvkov, ktoré majú rovnaký alebo rôzny tvar. Zasunutím prvkov do drážok vznikne pevný korpus ohrádky. Dosky obsahujú otvory slúžiace ako príchytky na prenos ohrádky.The construction of the playpen for infants and toddlers is also based on the principle of grooves and board elements, as shown in patent US5076546A. Podstata technického riešeniaThe essence of the technical solution

Podstatou technického riešenia je súbor 6 konštrukčných prvkov, vyrobených z preglejky alebo škárovky, so systémom drážok. Drážky slúžia na zasunutie (spojenie) jednotlivých prvkov. Umiestnenie a veľkosť drážok a tvar konštrukčných prvkov umožňujú zmenu polohy konštrukčných prvkov, čím je možné vytvoriť 3 funkčné a rovnocenné konfigurácie nábytku vo forme písacieho stolíka, lavice na sedenie alebo regálu. Všetky konfigurácie nábytku sú vytvorené z rovnakých 6 konštrukčných prvkov.The essence of the technical solution is a set of 6 structural elements, made of plywood or jointerboard, with a system of grooves. Grooves serve to insert (connect) individual elements. The location and size of the grooves and the shape of the structural elements allow changing the position of the structural elements, which makes it possible to create 3 functional and equivalent furniture configurations in the form of a desk, a bench for sitting or a shelf. All furniture configurations are created from the same 6 structural elements.

Dno drážky je tvarovo prispôsobené na výrobu pomocou technológie CNC frézovania a tento tvar umožňuje presné spojenie bočnej plochy konštrukčného prvku a dna drážky. Všetky konštrukčné prvky sú spojené pomocou systému drážok, do ktorých sa doskové prvky zasúvajú. Účinnosť spojov je zabezpečená trením a dočasným pružným stlačením kontaktných plôch prvkov, pričom v dôsledku dočasného pružného stlačenia vzniká tlak v uložení. Tento princíp spojenia umožňuje opakovateľnú montáž a demontáž konštrukčných prvkov bez použitia náradia. V prípade poškodenia jedného z konštrukčných dielcov je umožnená jeho výmena, čím je podporená udržateľnosť výrobku. This connection principle enables repeated assembly and disassembly of structural elements without the use of tools. In case of damage to one of the structural parts, it is possible to replace it, which supports the sustainability of the product. The construction of the furniture unit in all three configurations of board elements is designed in such a way that the assembly of the furniture is very simple and accurate for the end consumer, and at the same time the configuration of the structural elements can be easily changed.

Konfigurácia prvkov v podobe písacieho stolíka je na obr. 2. V tejto konfigurácii majú prvky 1 funkciu nosných bokov, stužujúci prvok 2 má funkciu lubu, prvok 3 má funkciu police a prvky 4 a 5 majú funkciu stolovej dosky. Postup montáže písacieho stolíka je nasledujúci. Do zaoblených otvorov 1b na ploche konštrukčných prvkov 1 sa osadí prvok 2 svojimi výstupkami 2a. Týmto sa zabezpečí vzdialenosť a potrebná polohová stabilita prvkov 1. Následne sa do drážok la na prvkoch 1 zasunie prvok 3 svojimi drážkami 3a, čím sa zabezpečí polohová stabilita a montážna tuhosť podzostavy. Ďalej sa do drážok 1c na prvkoch 1 zasunie prvok 4 svojimi drážkami 4b a do drážok 1d na prvkoch 1 sa zasunie prvok 5 svojimi drážkami 5b. Prvky 4 a 5 sa musia zasunúť tak, aby sa tri oblé polodrážky 4a a k nim zodpovedajúce výstupky 5a dotýkali po celom obvode ich kontaktnej plochy. Subsequently, the element 3 is inserted into the grooves 1a on the elements 1 with its grooves 3a, which ensures the positional stability and mounting rigidity of the subassembly. Next, element 4 is inserted into grooves 1c on elements 1 with its grooves 4b, and element 5 is inserted with its grooves 5b into grooves 1d on elements 1. The elements 4 and 5 must be inserted so that the three round half-grooves 4a and the projections 5a corresponding to them touch around the entire circumference of their contact surface. Next, a metal bag holder is inserted into hole 4c on element 4 and simultaneously into hole 5c on element 5.

Konfigurácia prvkov v podobe lavice na sedenie je na obr. 3. V tejto konfigurácii majú prvky 1 funkciu nosných bokov a súčasne opierok rúk, stužujúci prvok 2 má funkciu operadla, prvok 3 má funkciu trnože, prvok 4 má funkciu sedadla a prvok 5 má funkciu úložnej plochy. Postup montáže lavice na sedenie je nasledujúci. Do zaoblených otvorov 1b na ploche konštrukčných prvkov 1 sa osadí prvok 2 svojimi výstupkami 2a. Ďalej sa do spodných drážok 1e na prvkoch 1 osadí prvok 3 svojimi drážkami 3a. Týmto sa zabezpečí vzdialenosť a potrebná polohová stabilita prvkov 1 a tuhosť vzniknutej podzostavy. Ďalej sa do drážok 1f na prvkoch 1 zasunie prvok 5 svojimi drážkami 5b a do drážok 1g na prvkoch 1 sa zasunie prvok 4 svojimi drážkami 4b.The configuration of elements in the form of a bench for sitting is shown in fig. 3. Next, element 5 is inserted into grooves 1f on elements 1 with its grooves 5b, and element 4 is inserted with its grooves 4b into grooves 1g on elements 1.

Konfigurácia prvkov v podobe regálu je na obr. 4. V tejto konfigurácii majú prvky 1 funkciu nosných bokov, stužujúci prvok 2 má funkciu chrbta, prvky 3, 4 a 5 majú funkciu police. Postup montáže regálu je nasledujúci. Do zaoblených otvorov 1b na ploche konštrukčných prvkov 1 sa osadí prvok 2 svojimi výstupkami 2a. Týmto sa zabezpečí vzdialenosť a potrebná polohová stabilita prvkov 1. Ďalej sa do drážky 1f na prvkoch 1 zasunie prvok 5 svojimi drážkami 5b, do drážky 1g na prvkoch 1 sa zasunie prvok 4 svojimi drážkami 4b a do drážky 1a na prvkoch 1 sa zasunie prvok 3 svojimi drážkami 3a.The configuration of elements in the form of a shelf is shown in fig. 4. Claims

1. A configurable assembly of furniture elements, characterized by the fact that it consists of two vertical elements (1), three horizontal elements (3), (4) and (5) and one stiffening element (2), which are equipped with grooves for inserting the elements in individual positions to create a desk or bench for sitting, or a shelf.

2. A configurable set of furniture elements according to claim 1, characterized in that the elements (4) and (5) have rounded shaped half-grooves located on their longitudinal side surfaces, for connecting the elements (4) and (5) in a configuration in the form of a table.

3. A configurable assembly of furniture elements according to claims 1 and 2, characterized by the fact that the elements (4) and (5) have holes drilled on their upper surfaces in the corners for fitting a metal holder.

4. Configurable assembly of furniture elements according to claim 1, characterized in that elements (3) and (4) have their front side surfaces ergonomically rounded.

5. Configurable assembly of furniture elements according to claim 1, characterized in that the elements (1) have rounded corners and ergonomically rounded right and left side surfaces.

6. Configurable assembly of furniture elements according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the connecting grooves in all elements are terminated by a bilateral semicircular projection.
