Description

Technical field

The technical solution relates to a new version of the headgear, intended in particular for use as an advertising cap at various sports, advertising and promotional events, where its surface can be provided with pasting or printing of any images, such as sports club logos or company logos. It serves as a well-visible advertising item, but also as a tool (toy) for developing children's creativity and imagination, which teaches them skills.

Prior art

Different types of headgear, such as various shaped hats, caps with visors, separate visors or scarves, are used for various sports and tourist events to protect against the sun's rays. The design of these products differs both in the material from which they are made and in the surface treatment. It is then known, for example, the headgear solution according to CZ 11427 (U1), which is made of a resilient elastic material and a non-absorbent material is applied in the front part, and in the solution according to CZ 15248 (U1) a part of the outer surface of the headgear is provided with the material. with reflective surface In the solution CZ 21804 (Ul) the cap is formed by a shell, where its central part is equipped with longitudinal cuts running parallel to the entire width, forming a system of longitudinal strips, while the rear face is equipped with an inwardly situated arcuate recess, are formed in the housing by means of a locking connection. These covers can be made in various variants, whether in the form of a cap, scarf or hat, the shape of which is adaptable to the size of the head and is subject to the environment in which it will be used.

Solution CZ 29481 (Ul) is a non-glued peaked cap consisting of two folding assemblies made of soft material, especially paper, which must be secured with a decorative nail. Five reinforcement reinforcements are used to connect the two assemblies.

The present solution aims to enrich the range of headgear with a new very simple design, which would have good stability on the head, including the choice of head size, was easy to manufacture and allow the use of essentially the entire outer surface for printing by advertising or other information such as tickets or voucher.

The essence of the technical solution

The set goal is achieved by a technical solution, which is a head covering, especially a promotional cap. The essence of the technical solution lies in the unpretentiousness of production without glued joints, when a ready-made cap is created by joining from mutually detachable connectable assemblies A and B, formed from a flexible printable material (especially paper).

The essence of the solution is the shape of the assemblies allowing their non-glued assembly, when the assembly A serving as the body of the cap without the cap resembles in the unfolded and unfolded state two rectangles with three points at the top and two stiffeners at the bottom. Assembly B serves as a visor when folded.

The new design of the headgear guarantees sufficient heat dissipation, is very compact, easy to assemble and adaptable to the shape of the user's skull.

At the same time, the cap locks 15 of the assembly B are inserted on both sides into the holes 16 of the cap locks in the assembly A.

The specific shape of the bend of the circumferential edges 17 of the six tips 2 is important for the simple assembly and bending of the assembly A, where this bend is in the shape of the letter "V", which is opposite to that of conventional peaked caps. Each pin 2 is provided at the end with an anchor lock 18 or, conversely, a hole for the anchor lock 18 for interlocking. The six points 2 are connected by successively wedging two opposite points into each other.
