Riešenie sa týka zariadenia na ochranu prírubových spojov.The solution relates to a device for the protection of flange joints.
Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Doteraz nie je žiadna spoľahlivá ochrana prírubových spojov. Spoje sa maximálne, a to zriedka, obalia asfaltovou alebo PE fóliou. Pri použití pod zemou sa väčšinou prírubový spoj len zasype zeminou, pri použití v šachtách sa necháva bez ochrany. Následkom toho dochádza ku korózii pozinkovaných spojovacích skrutiek. Takto vytvorené prírubové spoje sú zdrojom porúch na vodovodných sieťach.To date, there is no reliable protection of flange joints. The joints are maximally, rarely, covered with asphalt or PE foil. When used underground, the flange joint is usually covered only with soil, and left unprotected when used in shafts. As a result, the galvanized connecting bolts are corroded. The flange joints created in this way are a source of faults in the water supply networks.

Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje zariadenie na ochranu prírubových spojov podľa tohto riešenia, ktorého podstata spočíva v tom, že sa skladá z vrchného krytu, ku ktorému je oddeliteľné pripevnený spodný kryt a medzi týmito krytmi je umiestnená výplň.The above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by the device for protecting flange joints according to this solution, which consists in that it consists of a top cover to which the bottom cover is detachably attached and a filler is placed between these covers.

Zariadenie podľa obr. 1 sa skladá zo spodného krytu 2, ktorý má na jednej strane zaisťovací element 6 a na druhej strane je vybavený otvorom 7 na zachytenie zaisťovacieho elementu 6, a z vrchného krytu 1, ktorý je vybavený otvorom 4 na odvetranie a zároveň kontrolu vyplnenia. Obidva kryty 1 aj 2 sú vyrobené z plastu.
