Technické riešenie sa týka chrániča, najmä stromov, kríkov, stĺpov a záhradného nábytku, ktorý slúži na ochranu rastlín alebo predmetov pred burinou, trávou a nečistotami.The technical solution relates to a protector, in particular trees, shrubs, columns and garden furniture, which serves to protect plants or objects from weeds, grass and dirt.

Pri prácach v záhrade a iných priestoroch, napr. pri kosení trávy, je potrebné dávať veľký pozor na to, aby sa nepoškodili ovocné či okrasné stromčeky, kríky, stĺpiky oplotenia, stĺpy, dopravné značky alebo záhradný nábytok.When working in the garden and other areas, eg. Podstata technického riešeniaThe essence of the technical solution
Uvedené nedostatky doterajšieho stavu techniky do značnej miery odstraňuje chránič, najmä stromov, kríkov, stĺpov a záhradného nábytku podľa tohto technického riešenia, ktorého podstata spočíva v tom, že zahŕňa aspoň dva ochranné diely, ktoré majú spojovacie prostriedky. Tieto spojovacie prostriedky sú určené na vzájomné spojenie týchto aspoň dvoch ochranných dielov a to tak, že ich spojením vznikne chránič. Na svojej vnútornej strane obsahuje aspoň jeden z ochranných dielov výrez tak, aby sa spojením aspoň dvoch ochranných dielov, z ktorých aspoň jeden obsahuje výrez, vytvoril stredový otvor. Okolo výrezu sa nachádzajú perforácie umožňujúce vylomenie časti aspoň jedného z ochranných dielov. Chránič sa skladá z dvoch ochranných dielov X, na ktorých sa nachádzajú spojovacie prostriedky 3, ktorými sú rýchloupínacie zámky. Na svojej vnútornej strane obsahujú obidva ochranné diely X výrez 2. Spojením ochranných dielov X pomocou rýchloupínacích zámkov sa vytvorí ochrana stromov, kríkov, stĺpikov oplotenia, stĺpov alebo záhradného nábytku so stredovým otvorom 4 na chránený predmet. Okolo výrezu 2 sa nachádzajú viaceré línie perforácií 6 umožňujúce vylomenie častí 5 ochranných dielov X. Priemer stredového otvoru 4 sa dá veľmi jednoducho meniť vylomením častí 5 pozdĺž perforácií 6. Chránič je osovo súmerný, má tvar medzikružia a je vyrobený z ekologického 100 % recyklovateľného plastu. Pri aplikácii predkladaného technického riešenia sa odporúča chránený strom, krík, stĺpik oplotenia, stĺp alebo dopravnú značku a ich bezprostredné okolie najprv očistiť od buriny, trávy a iných nečistôt. Následne sa priloží ku chráneným predmetom jeden ochranný diel X a skontroluje veľkosť stredového otvoru 4 pre chránený predmet. Ak je priemer daného chráneného predmetu väčší, vylomia sa potrebné časti 5 pozdĺž perforácie 6 na obidvoch ochranných dieloch χ.
