Technické riešenie sa týka zimného odevu s výplňou pre deti i dospelých, ktorý umožňuje praktické a správne pripútanie používateľa pomocou bezpečnostného pásu v autosedačke, aute alebo inom dopravnom prostriedku, či zariadení ako napríklad simulátor, s použitím 2- alebo viacbodového systému bezpečnostného pásu. Tento zimný odev je zároveň použiteľný aj na bežné nosenie mimo dopravného prostriedku.The technical solution relates to winter clothing with padding for children and adults, which enables practical and correct fastening of the user using a safety belt in a car seat, car or other means of transport, or equipment such as a simulator, using a 2- or multi-point safety belt system. Zimná bunda znázornená spredu na obr. 1 obsahuje dva predné diely 1 spojené predným zapínaním 2, ktorým je zips. Predné diely 1 so zadným dielom 4 nie sú kompletne spojené ramenným švom pozdĺž celého pleca, ale predný diel 1 je na pleciach 5 predĺžený a presahuje až na zadný diel 4. Tým vzniklo vrchné zapínanie 7. V tomto prípade je to suchý zips odborne nazývaný stuhový uzáver. Háčiky stuhového uzáveru sú na konci predĺženej časti predného dielu 1 zo spodnej strany a očká textilnej časti stuhového uzáveru sú na pleciach 5 zadného dielu z vrchnej strany. Rozopnutím vrchného zapínania vznikne prvý otvor 10 na prechod bezpečnostného pásu. Zadný diel je vybavený golierom 8 vo forme šálu, ktorý je prišitý len na zadný diel 4 v oblasti krčného otvoru 9. Bočné švy 3 (obr. 3) nesiahajú od podpazušia až k spodnému okraju bundy, ale sú skrátené. Tým sa vytvoril druhý otvor 11 vo forme bočného rozparku na prechod bezpečnostného pásu.
