Abstract
Hnacia stanica lanového posunovacieho systému, upevnená na pohyblivom napínacom ráme (8), pozostáva z prevodovky (1), hnacej lanovnice (2), pomocnej lanovnice (3), horných navádzacích kladiek (4) a dolných navádzacích kladiek (5). The drive station of the cable shunting system, mounted on the movable tensioning frame (8), consists of a gearbox (1), a traction sheave (2), an auxiliary traction sheave (3), an upper guide pulley (4) and a lower guide pulley (5). The rope of the shifting system is guided through a pair of upper guide pulleys (4) and lower guide pulleys (5) to the underside of the first groove of the auxiliary sheave (3), from there to the top of the outer groove of the drive sheave (2). Furthermore, it is alternately guided from the bottom of the traction sheave (2) to the top of the traction sheave (3) until the required number of ropes of the rope is formed, which is dependent on the driving force in the rope (6). Both the traction sheave (2) and the auxiliary traction sheave (3) have grooves cut therein, the number of which depends on the amount of wrapping angle needed to produce a sufficiently large frictional force necessary to drive the driving force. The traction sheave (2) provides half the required wrap angle and the auxiliary sheave (3) the second half of the necessary wrap angle. By this arrangement of the drive station, the friction between the individual loops of the rope is eliminated, the specific load of the rope (6) is improved, thereby substantially increasing its service life. The proposed solution is suitable for both drive directions.
Description
Oblasť technikyTechnical field
Lanový posunovací systém je orientovaný do oblasti strojárstva, konkrétne do oblasti manipulácie s materiálom..The rope shunting system is oriented to the field of mechanical engineering, specifically to the area of material handling.
Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Among the possibilities of shunting wagons during the formation of train sets resp. when handling wagons on the premises of the company, there is a cable winch, which is mostly driven by an electric motor via a gearbox. Nowadays, mainly due to safety of operation, simplicity, reliability, minimal operation and elastic properties of rope, rope winch seems to be an ideal solution. One of the common solutions is the use of so-called. continuous reels. These are designed to pull loads on a straight track. The tractive force required to move the wagons is equal to the weight of the towed load increased by the rolling resistance and the force necessary to overcome the inertia effects of the load. As the load moves on an inclined plane, the resistance required to lift it will increase.
Aby trenie medzi lanom a bubnom bolo dostatočné, musí počet ovinutí lana zodpovedať veľkosti bremena a napínacej sile. The wagons are coupled to a shunting carriage which is firmly anchored to either the endless rope or one end of the rope to ensure translational movement of the assembly. When working, the length of the rope is unwound from the drum as it is wound on the drum when shifting the load. The endless rope forms a closed loop which is wrapped several times at one point (to achieve the necessary wrapping angle) around the drive drum. In this case, the force in the running line of the rope is multiplied by the multiple wrap around the head of the drum. At one end of the rope there is a load suspended, the other end used to be stretched in the past by the power of the man who deposited the unwound rope from the winch drum. There are currently solutions in the market where the other end is tensioned by a counterweight or an endless loop is formed. In order for the friction between the rope and the drum to be sufficient, the number of rope wraps must correspond to the size of the load and the tensioning force. Rotating the winch drum is manual, or most often machine, for higher speeds and loads. There are currently solutions with a vertical but most often horizontal rotating drum on the market. A disadvantage of the described rope drive is the winding of several layers of rope over one another. Although the required number of belts is achieved and thus sufficient friction force is ensured, the individual loops of the rope rub against each other as the wire moves, thus increasing the wear of the rope and thus significantly reducing its lifetime. This can be seen immediately after several hours of operation, when the "discarded" rope particles are under the blade of the rope.
For the user of the steel wire rope its service life is a very important feature. It affects the economy of the equipment of which the steel cable is a part.
Podstata technického riešeniaThe essence of the technical solution
The present technical solution eliminates the rubbing of the individual loops of the rope against each other by sliding a traction sheave with as many grooves for the calculated rope as possible on the output shaft of the transmission to ensure half of the necessary rope wrapping angle. In front of the driving sheave, an auxiliary sheave (the same diameter of this sheave is not a condition, it is sufficient to keep its minimum permissible diameter) of Fig. 1 is placed on the movable tensioning frame (from the running side of the rope). The rope will circulate through slots in the shape of loops.
The main advantage of said technical solution is that under unchanged load and assumed standard production and operating conditions, the specific load of the rope will be significantly reduced, thereby achieving a significant increase in its service life.

Príklady uskutočnenia technického riešeniaExamples of technical solution
The arrangement of the drive station of the cable shunting system is useful, for example, as a substitute for solutions using so-called cable shunting systems. continuous reels. This solution envisages the removal of the wire from the transmission I, which will be replaced by the drive pulley 2. On the movable tensioning frame 8 on which the transmission 1 is mounted, an auxiliary traction sheave 3 is placed at the approaching rope 6. 3 can guide the upper guide rollers 4 and the lower guide rollers 5. The rope 6 will then be guided first from the bottom to the outer groove of the traction sheave 3 and from there to the top of the outer groove of the traction sheave. the required number of rope loops 7 of rope wrapping 6, which is dependent on the magnitude of the driving force in the rope 6, is not formed. The construction of the drive pulley 2 and the traction sheave 3 requires that they have carved grooves 6. to create a sufficiently large frictional force to transmit the driving force. The traction sheave 2 provides half of the required wrapping angle, the auxiliary traction sheave 3 provides the other half of the required wrapping angle. This arrangement of the driving station eliminates the mutual friction of the individual loops of the rope to one another, improves the specific load of the rope 6, thereby significantly increasing its service life. The proposed solution of the driving station of the rope shunting system is suitable for both directions of drive and can be used for all types of tensioned driving stations and stationary, where the free end of the rope is tensioned.
The design of the drive station of the cable shunting system can be used for all types of cable shunting devices, especially those with high tractive forces and high load. The extended lifetime of the rope will have a very rapid impact on the economy of the equipment.
