Abstract
Description
Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In industrial processes, dispersions of organic impurities as well as numerous washing processes result in dispersions of water-insoluble organic materials in the aqueous phase in which the organic phase is present in the form of fine particles and often even in colloidal form. The separation of such dispersions causes particular difficulties.
In the separation processes used so far, in most cases additional additives are used as separation aids which contaminate or treated waste water, or the resulting sludge, which must be removed again.
Oil-containing waste water, which is a mixture of water with the most diverse hydrocarbons, contains hydrocarbons in various basic forms, which are cleaned up by the existing purification processes. For hydrocarbons which are insoluble in waste water, separation can be carried out in the lightweight material separator by attraction. In most cases, however, the hydrocarbons contained in the waste water are soluble or non-soluble. emulsified form and can only be eliminated by physico-chemical processes, using in particular flocculation, precipitation and flotation processes. By flocculation is generally meant those processes in which the emulsified and / or emulsified are separated. suspended matter, the filling being related to the removal of soluble substances. The flocculating agents form substances which, when dissolved in water, are converted into bulk precipitates which destabilize suspensions and emulsions. This results in an additional sludge volume which has to be further processed. By trilotation is meant the leaching of the substance into the liquid, conditioned by the introduction of as little gas bubbles as possible. After the float has accumulated on the surface of the fluid, it can be removed by means of a surface scraper.
Another possibility of purifying oil-containing wastewater is the use of specially adapted natural microorganisms. As a result of the biological transformation of substances, this is a genuine removal in which harmful substances are actually degraded and not only relocated. The rate of degradation is strongly dependent on temperature and nutrient content and may require several years.
Adsorption methods are often used for waste water treatment, with hydrocarbons bound to activated carbon or bituminous adsorbents. Adsorption on mica materials (DE-OS 1 167 278) or organophile clay (CDE-OS 19 929) has also been tested. IIS patent 4 332 693 proposes a chemical composition for the treatment of oil emulsions in industrial waste water, which consists of a multi-component mixture with predominantly acid-activated bentonite, untreated bentonite, lime and aluminum sulfate, as well as small amounts of adipic acid, talc and flocculant.
It is further known from EP-A-0 11 7 586 to process coagulation and separation of high-strength lacquer residues from alkaline aqueous circulating fluids of paint spraying and wet scrubbing systems. A dispersion of talc, calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide, or calcium carbonate and / or zinc stearate is used as a circulating fluid to enhance the coagulation and separator effect. Further removal of contaminated materials is carried out by burning or regenerating adsorbent preparations on a stripper.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Surprisingly, it has been found an excellent means of water contaminated by them. Under the term talc occurring, considerably that talc to separate with a certain grain size is of oils and waste fats includes a group of widespread natural silicates with magnesium.
Talc is also characterized by low hardness (1 after Mohs). smooth feel, hydrophobic properties and good adsorption capacity for organic substances.
Using the process according to the invention, it has proven to be particularly advantageous to use fine-grained talc with a grain size of from 90 to 3 µm. With such a grain size, on the one hand, an optimum adsorption capacity is created for water-contaminating oils and greases. on the other hand, talc contaminated with it can easily be flocculated along with other suspended substances. and remove it with the sludge formed.
Použitie mastenca účelné v takých odpadovej a tukov.Use talc useful in such waste and fats.
raŕinéri í, podľa vynálezu.according to the invention.
Z praktických pokusov vody, ako adsorpčného prostriedku podľa vynálezu je podnikoch, kde sa produkujú veľké množstvá ktorá je znečistená vysokým obsahom olejovFrom practical experiments of water as the adsorbent according to the invention, there are plants where large quantities are produced which are contaminated by high oil content
Polluted tannery waste water. slaughterhouses, large-scale slaughterhouses and the like are especially suited to the treatment emerged. that the use of talc as an adsorbent as in animals. it also provides good results in mineral fats, both of which bind well to talc.
The amount of fine-grained talc used depends primarily on the concentration of the pollutant removed in the waste water. On the order of magnitude, this amount of talc may be about 100 mg per l of wastewater.
Príklad realizácie vynálezuAn example embodiment of the invention
Prídavok jemnozrnného mastenca tým spôsobuje nielen pokles CSB-hodnoty až o 50¾. a|p aj vznik lepšie sa nsadzovateľného kalu. ktorý sa ľahšie vynáša $ pri stlačení saAs an example for the use of fine-grained talc as the adsorbent according to the invention. the use in tannery shall be indicated. This results in a fat-containing waste water having a CSB value of up to 10,000. After treating the waste water with talc with a grain size of 30 µm in an amount of 30 to 100 mg per 1 of water, the CSB has fallen below 5000-further CSB. -values are not desirable in all cases.or they could disrupt biological processes in the settling tank. The addition of fine-grained talc thus not only causes the CSB value to fall by up to 50¾. and the formation of a more easily deposited sludge. which is easier to carry out when pressed
I can drain more easily. Furthermore, a considerable energy saving for the aerator in aerobic waste water treatment can be achieved due to a significant decrease in the CSB value.
