BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

To date, devices for sorting nut kernels from nut shells are known, which are based on manual, gravitational, ultrasonic, aerodynamic principle or optical scanning of a mixture of nut kernels and shells followed by sorting, where the nut shells were removed as waste. The disadvantages of these solutions are the complexity, high labor costs, low efficiency and waste disposal costs.

Another known use of walnut shells is as a solid fuel intended to produce heat by combustion.

Another known technical solution is described in the registered Slovak utility model UVz No. 1 520 entitled Deep litter for livestock breeding, which consists of straw and / or wood waste in the thickness from 30 cm to 55 cm, which contains suction material, which includes is a combined enzyme up to 0.5 liter per 1 m ^{2 of} surface area. The disadvantage of this technical solution is its low absorption capacity of liquids and odors.

Another known technical solution is described in the Slovak utility model No. 5,431 entitled Litter for capturing liquid feces, which describes a litter consisting of a mixture of bentonite and crude kaolin, which have a grain size of 0.5 mm to 5 mm. the solution is its low absorption capacity of liquids and odors.

The essence of the technical solution

These drawbacks are largely eliminated by the use of walnut shells, according to this technical solution, which is based on the fact that they are used as litter for cats.

It is preferred that the walnut shells are calibrated to a size of 0.1 mm to 10 mm.
