Abstract

The state of the art

To date, the classic muscle augmentation devices for active or recreational athletes use special accessories for shoes that attach weights in different ways. Mostly weights are added or removed by placing them on the sports shoe and around the ankle above the shoe by tying, strapping, gluing or otherwise joining the sports shoe above, side or bottom of the shoe as an extra weighted sole.

The solutions so far have many disadvantages, in particular that the weights do not allow for greater dynamics in exercise. Technical description of the invention
