Abstract

The invention relates to a pen whose body has such a shape and construction that it allows the incorporation of a larger stamp. WRITING WITH A BUILT-IN STAMP

The subject of the invention is a pen with a built-in printer, in which the design and construction solution of the body allows the installation of a larger printer. The print is integrated into the body of the stylus without a mechanism or joint, and the pull-out of the stylus, which is enabled by the built-in switching mechanism, is achieved by a quick brief stress of the stylus. The invention belongs to Class B 43K 29/00 of the International Patent Classification.

-2 A technical problem that the present invention successfully solves is the design solution of a stylus that will allow its combination with a larger print without moving or fitting parts, but the stylus should only be compact and simple and with as few components as possible.

Known solutions to the technical problem posed have a mechanism or. the joint by which the carrier plate of the printer is positioned perpendicular to the axis of the pen or pen. other appropriate lego print position.

Thus, European Patent Document EP 433 572 discloses a typewriter with an integrated printer. It has a carrier plate attached to it under the detachable cover at the extension of the base of the pen, which can be printed after removing the detachable cover.

From U.S. Pat. US 4 606 665 is a known stylus with a built-in printer, in which the carrier plate and the pad are located under the detachable cover and are parallel and in the axis of the stylus. After removing the cover, the pad moves away due to the built-in mechanism, and the carrier plate of the printer, which is centered over the joint, takes the appropriate position for the printing of the printer.

The disadvantages of the known design solutions for the installation of the carrier plate of the printer are the fact that the pens in the folding part are very fragile and are quickly damaged or damaged. they break. In addition, the maximum width of the print carrier plate is limited to the diameter of the stylus, which, due to its good grip, cannot be increased too much.

The body 1 of the stylus with a built-in print shown in Figures 1 to 5 has an extended goose pen shape in the part where the print 3 is embedded, and in this section an ellipse shape, while the lower body 1 has a cross-section of about the shape of a triangle, with the upper extended body 1 lying outside the main axis of the stylus.

The stylus with a built-in printer according to the invention consists of a body 1, a cover 2 of a print cartridge, a print cartridge 3, a switching mechanism 4 and a writing pad 5.

The withdrawal of the stylus 5 is carried out with a brief shock stress of the stylus. In this shock, the weight 8 presses on the actuator 4 so that it overcomes the resistance of the spring 6 and locks the writing cartridge 5 in the extended position (as shown in Figures 1 and 2). The re-stress of the pen returns the stylus 5 to the body 1 of the pen according to the invention.

This prevents the stylus 5 from drying out and does not need to add a special cover to the stylus itself.

The mounting clip 9 of the stylus is made on the underside of the body 1. Its shape fits into the shape of the lower body of the stylus 1.

Replace the spent stylus 5 by pulling it through the lower opening of the body 1.

The pen with a built-in printer according to the invention completely solves the technical problem, because it does not have any 3

-5 special moving parts, in addition, the space in which the printer 3 is embedded is significantly larger than the space provided by the well-known design solutions of pens with integrated printers. Stamp printing is easy, with only the stylus body 1 being ergonomically designed and allowing the use of a removable stylus 5.
