Claims (10)

  1. NADZORNI SISTEM ZA DOBAVO ELEKTRIKE IN METODA ZA TA SISTEM PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI
    1. Nadzorni sistem za dobavo elektrike (100) za povezovanje vsaj enega izmed obremenitve (104) in vira (101) na električno omrežje, omenjeni sistem vsebuje; vsaj dva električna merilca (103), ki je vsak povezan z drugim dobavnim režimom in ima različne parametre; enoto za preklop (102), ki je konfigurirana za to, da ločeno poveže vsak električni merilec izmed omenjenih vsaj dveh električnih merilcev med električnim omrežjem in obremenitvijo/virom; in nadzorno enoto (105) v operacijski povezavi z enoto za preklop, ki je konfigurirana za to da nadzira enoto za preklop, da vklopi ali izklopi vsak električni merilec; pri čemer nadzorna enota vsebuje komunikacijsko vezje za komunikacijo (108) z oddaljenim repozitorijem za podatke (106), da pridobi podatke v realnem času, ki se nanašajo na vsaj enega od omenjenih parametrov; in pri čemer je nadzorna enota konfigurirana za to, da poveže enega od vsaj dveh električnih merilcev in odklopi drugi električni merilec oz. ostale električne merilce na podlagi omenjenih podatkov v realnem času in vsaj eno vnaprej določeno stanje.
  2. 2. Nadzorni sistem za dobavo elektrike (100) po zahtevku 1, pri čemer je nadzorna enota (105) nadalje konfigurirana za to, da poveže enega od vsaj dveh električnih merilcev (103) in odklopi ostale električne merilce v katerem koli trenutku, na podlagi omenjenih podatkov v realnem času in vsaj enem vnaprej določenem stanju.
  3. 3. Nadzorni sistem za dobavo elektrike (100) po zahtevku 1 ali 2, pri čemer je nadzorna enota (105) nadalje konfigurirana za to, da poveže enega od vsaj dveh električnih merilcev (103) pred odklopom drugega električnega merilca, da se doseže gladek preklop.
  4. 4. Nadzorni sistem za dobavo elektrike (100) po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1 do 3, pri čemer sta omenjena vsaj dva električna merilca (103) integrirana v eno samo enoto.
  5. 5. Nadzorni sistem za dobavo elektrike (100) po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-4, pri čemer so omenjeni različni parametri različne tarifne stopnje in pri čemer je eden izmed omenjenih vsaj enega vnaprej določenega stanja izbira najnižje vrednosti.
  6. 6. Nadzorni sistem za dobavo elektrike (100) po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer omenjena nadzorna enota (105) vsebuje spominsko enoto, ki vsebuje podatkovno bazo, vključujoč vrednosti emisij, povezane z različnimi vrstami virov energije (101), pri čemer so omenjeni različni parametri vrsta vira energije in pri čemer je eden izmed omenjenega vsaj enega vnaprej določenega stanja izbira vira energije z najmanjšo vrednostjo emisij, pridobljeno iz omenjene podatkovne baze.
  7. 7. Metoda za povezovanje enega izmed obremenitve (104) in vira (101) na električno omrežje v nadzornem sistemu za dobavo elektrike (100), ki vsebuje vsaj dva električna merilca (103), od katerih je vsak povezan z drugačnim dobavnim režimom, ki ima drugačne parametre, enoto za preklop (102), ki je konfigurirana za to, da ločeno poveže vsak električni meter izmed omenjenih vsaj dveh električnih merilcev med električnim omrežjem in obremenitvijo/virom, pri čemer omenjena metoda vsebuje: pridobivanje (404) podatkov v realnem času iz oddaljenega podatkovnega repozitorija (106), ki se nanašajo na vsaj enega od omenjenih parametrov; in upravljanje (405) omenjene enote za preklop, da se poveže en električni merilec in odklopi drugi(e) električni(e) merilec (metre) na podlagi omenjenih podatkov v realnem času in vsaj enem vnaprej določenem stanju.
  8. 8. Metoda po zahtevku 7, pri čemer se z enoto za preklop (102) upravlja tako, da se poveže enega od vsaj dveh električnih merilcev (103) in odklopi druge električne merilce v vsakem trenutku, na podlagi omenjenih podatkov v realnem času in vsaj enem vnaprej določenem stanju.
  9. 9. Metoda po zahtevku 7 ali 8, ki nadalje vsebuje povezovanje enega od vsaj dveh električnih merilcev (103) pred odklopom drugega električnega merilca, da se doseže gladek preklop.
  10. 10. Metoda po enem od zahtevkov 7-9, pri čemer so omenjeni različni parametri različne tarifne stopnje in pri čemer je eden izmed omenjenih vsaj enega vnaprej določenega stanja izbira najnižje vrednosti.
