Claims (17)
1. Система управления электроснабжением для подключения нагрузки и/или источника к электрической сети, содержащая
по меньшей мере два электрических счетчика, связанных с разными режимами электроснабжения, имеющими разные параметры;
коммутационный блок, выполненный с возможностью отдельно подключать каждый электрический счетчик из упомянутых по меньшей мере двух электрических счетчиков между электрической сетью и нагрузкой/источником; а также
блок управления, находящийся в функциональном соединении с коммутационным блоком и выполненный с возможностью управлять коммутационным блоком для подключения или отключения каждого электрического счетчика;
при этом блок управления содержит схему связи для связи с удаленным хранилищем данных для получения данных реального времени, относящихся по меньшей мере к одному из упомянутых параметров; а также
блок управления выполнен с возможностью подключать один из по меньшей мере двух электрических счетчиков и отключать другой электрический счетчик или счетчики на основе упомянутых данных реального времени и по меньшей мере одного заранее заданного условия.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой блок управления дополнительно выполнен с возможностью подключать один из по меньшей мере двух электрических счетчиков и отключать другие электрические счетчики в любой данный момент времени на основе упомянутых данных реального времени и по меньшей мере одного заранее заданного условия.
3. Система по п. 1 или 2, в которой блок управления дополнительно выполнен с возможностью подключать один из по меньшей мере двух электрических счетчиков прежде, чем отключать другой электрический счетчик, для достижения бесшовного переключения.
4. Система по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой упомянутые по меньшей мере два электрических счетчика интегрированы в единый блок.
5. Система по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой упомянутые разные параметры представляют собой разные тарифные ставки и в которой одним из упомянутых по меньшей мере одного заранее заданного условия является выбор наименьшего значения.
6. Система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой упомянутый блок управления содержит блок памяти, содержащий базу данных, которая включает в себя значения выбросов загрязняющих веществ, связанные с различными типами источников энергии, при этом упомянутые разные параметры представляют собой тип источника энергии и одним из упомянутых по меньшей мере одного заранее заданного условия является выбор источника энергии с наименьшим значением выбросов, извлеченным из упомянутой базы данных.
7. Способ подключения нагрузки и/или источника к электрической сети в системе управления электроснабжением, содержащей по меньшей мере два электрических счетчика, связанных с разными режимами электроснабжения, имеющими разные параметры, коммутационный блок, выполненный с возможностью отдельно подключать каждый электрический счетчик из упомянутых по меньшей мере двух электрических счетчиков между электрической сетью и нагрузкой/источником, причем указанный способ включает:
извлечение данных реального времени, относящихся по меньшей мере к одному из упомянутых параметров, из удаленного хранилища данных; а также
управление упомянутым коммутационным блоком для подключения одного электрического счетчика и отключения другого электрического счетчика или счетчиков на основе упомянутых данных реального времени и по меньшей мере одного заранее заданного условия.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором коммутационным блоком управляют для подключения одного из по меньшей мере двух электрических счетчиков и отключения других электрических счетчиков в любой данный момент времени на основе упомянутых данных реального времени и по меньшей мере одного заранее заданного условия.
9. Способ по п. 7 или 8, дополнительно включающий подключение одного из по меньшей мере двух электрических счетчиков перед отключением другого электрического счетчика для достижения бесшовного переключения.
10. Способ по одному из пп. 7-9, в котором упомянутые разные параметры представляют собой разные тарифные ставки, и в котором одно из упомянутого по меньшей мере одного заранее заданного условия представляет собой выбор наименьшего значения.
