Abstract

Izum sodi na področje delovnih strojev, bolj natančno na področje delovanja izmeta in sesanja žagovine na rezalnih in rezalno cepilnih strojih. Pričujoči izum se nanaša na vgradno odsesovalno enoto za rezalne in rezalno-cepilne stroje ter stroje z omenjenim odsesovalno enoto. Bistvo izuma je v tem, da je pogon odsesovalne enote pogon samega cepilnega ali cepilno rezalnega stroja, pri čemer je ventilator odsesovalne enote posredno povezan z gredjo stroja, pogonsko jermenico, verižnikom ali zobnikom stroja,ki je pritrjen na vrtljivi del pogona, ali pa na kardansko gred, preko katere se poganja stroj. Les se že dolgo časa uporablja za gretje, za uporabo pa mora biti primerne velikosti in oblike. Pri obdelavi hlodov je zaželen razrez na polena, ki so primerne velikosti, da se lahko brez dodatnega razreza oziroma cepljenja uporabljajo v različnih kuriščih. Poznanih je veliko različnih naprav za obdelavo lesa, ki režejo in cepijo hlodovino z minimalnim ročnim ravnanjem. Pri cepljenju hlodovine nastaja žagovina, ki se lahko nabira in/ali leti proti operaterju rezalno-cepilnega stroja. Zato imajo številni stroji posebne odprtine in/ali cevi za vodenje žagovine, kot je to opisano v dokumentih US4621668 in US2075282, ali pa imajo stroji vgrajene odsesovalne naprave, ki skrbijo za odvajanje žagovine in njen transport izven stroja, na primer v ustrezen zbiralnik. The mentioned extraction units can be external or independent, which can be connected to the machine, or internal, i.e. built into the machine itself.
