Abstract

The joinery profile, preferably a door, solves the technical problem of time-wasting used in the assembly of current window or door frames, the purpose of which is to attach different side panels - either movable panels, such as doors or window sashes, or fixed panels, such as a side window, where there are many solutions available on the market with the common theme that they consist of different elements that need to be assembled in the assembly process in order to make a frame of joinery with a double function - the function of carrying and the function of installation.

Technical problem

A technical problem to be solved by the present invention is the waste of time used in the assembly of current window or door frames, the purpose of which is to attach various side panels - either movable panels, such as doors or window sashes, or fixed panels, such as side the window. There are many solutions available on the market with the common theme that they consist of different elements that need to be assembled in the assembly process.

State of the art

CA2361786 describes a modular window and door assembly that can be custom assembled by providing different materials and/or colors between the inside of the assembly and the outside, generally including an internal member that forms the inside of the window frame, window sash, or the door frame and the external element forming the outside of the window frame, window sash or door frame. The inner and outer parts are mechanically connected to each other, preferably with a rail and slot, to form an assembly. One of the members includes a longitudinal T-shaped rail, and the other member has a longitudinal slot that cooperates with the T-shaped rail to connect the inner and outer members together. Thus, the internal and external elements can be made of different materials and/or colors to provide different design choices.

Furthermore, EP2031142 describes a system composed of wooden elements comprising modular panels essentially consisting of two parallel sheets with longitudinal and transverse spacing slats placed between them, said slats being inserted into the edge of the sheets at the top and bottom only -that and on one side, while a part of the corresponding batten protrudes from the remaining side to be joined with a tongue and groove joint to at least one adjacent side panel, door frame, several auxiliary folded panels and / or window frame. The system includes a vertical batten placed against the wall with the adjacent positioning of the first panel, pre-frame and / or auxiliary panels, and battens attached to the floor for fixing consecutive panels using a tongue and groove joint.

Figure 1 shows the current doorframe design, which is very similar to the CA2361786 line. In it, you can see the vertical elements of the frame in the form of a profile (be it plastic or aluminum). Another vertical profile is attached to this profile and to this intermediate profile a joinery sash, preferably a door sash. On the opposite side of the frame, another vertical profile that allows different thicknesses of the side window.

The state of the door frame is shown in Figure 5, which shows the fixed plate (8), door leaf (9), sealing profile (10), gasket (11), main profile (12), adjustment profile (13).

Although this is a description for a joinery sash, preferably a door sash, the same applies to window sashes, which have a similar composition.

Figure 5 shows the state-of-the-art as currently found on the market. When closing the door, the sash must seal at the edge, with the edge having a seal (11). This seal is pressed onto the door frame. The mentioned door frame is the most modern, consisting of the main profile (12) and the sealing profile (10). Said master profile (12) is produced by a supplier of profiles for various purposes and is a general type of profile. In order for the main profile to be used for the purpose of mounting the door frame, it must be adapted using the sealing profile (10). Such an adjustment is expensive both in terms of assembly time and in terms of the door's ability to seal properly. In the state of the art, as shown in Figure 5, the seal (11) is attached to the sash of the joinery, preferably the door sash (9). This means that during the opening and closing of the door, even when the door is in the open position, said seal (11) is exposed and may be damaged during the entry of sharp objects through the door or other circumstances in which something may come into contact with said seal ( 11). The main disadvantage of such a system lies in the several additional elements required for the correct installation of the door frame with the aforementioned sealing profile (10) attached to the main profile (12). If a fixed panel (8) is required, an additional adjustment profile (13) must be used, which further complicates the door frame assembly.

Therefore, a solution is needed to simplify the process.

Description of the new solution

The joinery frame, preferably a door, solves the technical problem of time-wasting used in the assembly of current window or door frames, the purpose of which is to fix various side panels - either movable panels, such as doors or window sashes, or pressed panels, such as a side window, where there are many solutions available on the market with the common theme that they consist of different elements that need to be assembled in the assembly process in order to make a double-function frame of joinery - the function of carrying and the function of installation.

The invention thus comprises a joinery frame, preferably a door comprising a first jamb (5), a joinery sash, preferably a door sash (4) pivotally attached to said first jamb (5), an optional side sash (1), characterized by that it also includes a stabilizing mat (2) that fastens the exhibition seat to the first frame (5), preferably with screws (3), whereby as a result of the stabilizing mats (2) attached in this way, the frame of the joinery has greater rigidity than it would have without such attached stabilizing mats (2).

The said frame of the joinery further comprises at least one side wing (1), and the said stabilization mat (2) is attached to the first frame (5) in addition to the first jamb (5) also to the said at least one side wing (1), and as a result, the stabilizing mats are attached in this way (2) the frame of the joinery has a greater rigidity than it has without the stabilization mat (2) thus attached.

The said frame of the building furniture with the attached stabilization pad (2) is fixed in the opening adapted for the insertion of the said frame of the building furniture, preferably a door.

Said at least one side wing (1) can be selected from the group containing lighting, side window, window, partition wall, aquarium.

The invention further comprises a process for installing a joinery frame, preferably a door, wherein the process comprises the following steps:

securing the first frame (5);

- providing a stabilizing mat (2);

exhibition attachment of the stabilizing mat (2) to the first frame (5), preferably with screws (3), to obtain a frame of the joinery, preferably a door;

- placement of the said frame of the building furniture, preferably a door, in the opening prepared for the insertion of the mentioned frame of the building furniture, preferably a door; fixing said furniture frame in said opening adapted to insert said furniture frame.

The aforementioned procedure includes the following steps:

- provision of at least one side wing (1);

- exhibition attachment of the stabilization mat (2) to at least one side wing (1) next to the mentioned first frame (5).

According to the mentioned procedure, the said frame of the joinery, preferably the door, can be attached to the floor in the area of the said opening adapted for the insertion of the mentioned joinery frame, without it being necessary to level the said floor in the area of the mentioned opening, adapted for the insertion of the mentioned joinery frame.

According to the mentioned procedure, the fixing of the said furniture frame, preferably the door, to the floor in the area of the said opening adapted for the insertion of the said furniture frame can be carried out with exhibition fixing means, preferably screws.

Any joinery can be attached in the same way, including and not limited to windows of all types.

For the purposes of this application, the first jamb is the frame of a conventional door, comprising at least two arms connected to each other by a crossbar. The first jamb established in this way enables the furniture wing, preferably the door wing, to be attached to it, and thus opens and closes the opening adapted for the installation of the furniture, preferably the door.

The advantage of the joinery frame described in this specification, preferably a door, is that it is more rigid than a conventional frame. Usually, the first jamb is placed independently in the opening, which requires an experienced fitter and a team that installs the jamb and then, through a series of tests, ensures the squareness or correct installation of the first jamb, which enables the normal and comfortable opening and closing of the joinery, preferably the door. In the case of a frame according to this specification, however, additional rigidity of the frame of the joinery, preferably the door, is provided by connecting the arms of the first jamb to each other with a stabilizing pad so as to create an essentially box-like frame, into which the wing of the joinery, preferably the door, is then inserted . Such a box frame has a higher rigidity than the first frame with a crossbar and at least two arms.

In the following, the implementation example is described with the help of sketches, whereby the sketches form an integral part of this specification, and represent:

Sketch 1 shows the attachment of said stabilization mat (2) to at least one side wing (1) in addition to said first frame (5), and the side wing (1), stabilization mat (2), exhibition fastening means, preferably screws (3) are shown ), joinery wing, priority door wing (4), first jamb (5).

Sketch 3 shows the attachment of the said stabilizing mat (2) to at least one side sash (1) in addition to the mentioned first jamb (5), and the side sash (1), the stabilizing mat (2), the joinery sash, preferably the door sash ( 4), first jamb (5). The arrows in the sketch represent the direction of attachment of the stabilization mat (2) to the first frame (5) and to at least one side wing (1).

According to the implementation example, the first frame (5) with at least two arms is first prepared, and at least two arms are connected to each other by attaching the stabilizing mat (2) to them with exhibition fastening means, preferably screws (3). In this way, an essentially box-like profile is obtained, which is then attached to the opening adapted for placing the frame of the joinery. In this case, the stabilizing base is mounted in the ground in such a way as to form a base substantially level with the ground, or it is attached to the ground in such a way as to form a threshold, allowing the ground to remain uneven in the region of the opening for attaching said stabilizing base. This has the added benefit of allowing for snug fit by preventing excessive drafts.

According to another embodiment, at least one side wing (1) is added to the first frame (5), for example lighting, a side window, a partition or the like. Then, at least two arms of the first frame (5) and at least one side wing (1) are connected to each other with the aforementioned stabilization pad (2). The frame of the joinery formed in this way, preferably the door, is more rigid than ordinary joinery, which does not have connected arms and side wings.

According to any of the implementation examples described above, the frame of the furniture, preferably the door, can be installed using a procedure that is simpler than the procedures described in the state of the art. Since it is essentially a box-like carrier, it can be easily manipulated and transported. The furniture frame thus formed, preferably a door, is placed in an opening adapted to receive the furniture frame. The frame is then attached either to the wall, or to the ceiling and floor, or in some other way. In this case, the stabilizing mat can be installed in the floor so that the upper surface of the stabilizing mat (2) forms essentially one plane with the floor, or the stabilizing mat (2) can be attached to the floor in the area of the opening for the joinery frame. In this case, it is not necessary to level the floor, as it is possible to place a flexible material under the stabilizing mat, or apply a flexible material. Since the stabilizing mat (2) is still essentially flat, it allows for tight fastening and therefore tight draft restriction through the gaps between the joinery wing (4) and the first jamb (5) or the frame.

Claims (8)

PATENT CLAIMS 1. A joinery frame, preferably a door, comprising a first jamb (5), a joinery sash, preferably a door sash (4), pivotally attached to said first jamb (5), an optional side sash (1), characterized in that it also includes a stabilizing mat (2), which is attached to the first frame (5) for display, preferably with screws (3), and as a result of the stabilizing mat (2) attached in this way, the frame of the joinery has greater rigidity than it would have without such attached stabilizing mats (2). 2. The frame of the building furniture according to any of the previous claims, wherein the said frame of the building furniture is fixed with the attached stabilization pad (2) in the opening adapted for the insertion of the said frame of the building furniture, preferably a door. 4. A joinery frame according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said at least one side wing (1) is selected from the group containing lighting, side window, window, partition wall, aquarium. 5. A process for installing a joinery frame, preferably a door, wherein the process comprises the following steps: provision of the first frame (5); - providing a stabilizing mat (2); - exhibition attachment of the stabilizing mat (2) to the first frame (5), preferably with screws (3), to obtain the frame of the joinery, preferably the door; placement of said frame of joinery, preferably a door, in an opening adapted for inserting said frame of joinery, preferably a door; fixing said furniture frame in said opening adapted to insert said furniture frame. 6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the method comprises further steps: - provision of at least one side wing (1); - exhibition attachment of the stabilization mat (2) to at least one side wing (1) next to the mentioned first frame (5). 7. The method according to any one of claims 5 to 6, wherein said frame of building furniture, preferably a door, is attached to the floor in the area of said opening adapted for the insertion of said frame of building furniture, without the need for leveling said floor in the area of said opening , adapted for the insertion of the above-mentioned frame of joinery. 8. The method according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the fastening of the said frame of the building furniture, preferably the door, to the floor in the area of the said opening adapted for the insertion of the said frame of the building furniture is carried out with exhibition fixing means, preferably screws.
