Abstract
Namen izuma je zasnovati električno termično varovalko, pri kateri bo ne glede na njen položaj ob prekoračitvi tudi razmeroma visoke nazivne vrednosti električne napetosti in/ali toka vsakokraten električni tokokrog skoznjo v kar najkrajšem času prekinjen, obenem pa bo zagotovljeno, da oblok, četudi bi do njega neposredno po prekinitvi tokokroga prišlo, ne bo imel nikakršnega omembe vrednega vpliva niti na varovalko samo niti na okolico v neposredni bližini varovalke. Po izumu je predvideno, da cevastoohišje (1) varovalke sestoji iz keramike, vsak izmed kontaktov (110, 120) na njem pa je opremljen z vsaj približno osrednje razporejeno skoznjo luknjo (111, 121), tako da je električni vodnik (2) vstavljen skozi luknji (111, 121) v omenjenih kontaktih (110, 120) in s pomočjo vsakokrat na zunanji strani varovalke razporejene spajke (3, 3') nerazstavljivo, vendar električno prevodno povezan z vsakim izmed omenjenih kontaktov (110, 120). Razen tega je omenjeni vodnik (2) v vzdolžni smeri varovalke na enemkoncu le-te podaljšan in zaključen s primerno razširitvijo (20) na tak način, da je okoli vodnika (2) v območju med omenjeno razširitvijo (20) in pripadajočim kontaktom (120) s spajko (3') vgrajena vzmet (4). According to the invention, it is provided that the tubular housing (1) of the fuse consists of ceramics, and each of the contacts (110, 120) on it is equipped with at least an approximately centrally arranged through-hole (111, 121), so that the electrical conductor (2) is inserted through the holes (111, 121) in the mentioned contacts (110, 120) and with the help of solder (3, 3') arranged in each case on the outside of the fuse, indissolubly but electrically conductively connected to each of the mentioned contacts (110, 120). Apart from that, said conductor (2) is extended in the longitudinal direction of the fuse at one end of it and terminated with a suitable expansion (20) in such a way that it is around the conductor (2) in the area between said expansion (20) and the associated contact (120) ) with solder (3') built-in spring (4). Furthermore, the rest of the clearance (100) of the fuse housing (1), namely the area between said conductor (2) and housing (1) and between said contacts (110, 120), is filled to a predetermined extent with filler (5) made of quartz sand .
