Abstract
Predmet izuma je vzmetni sistem za pritrjevanje LED modula v ohišje svetilke, ki ga predstavlja med pritrjevalni sklop na eni strani in zaklep za pritrditev vzmetnega žičnega elementa na drugi strani vpet vzmetni žični element. Vzmetni sistem za pritrjevanje LED modula v ohišje svetilke po izumu predstavlja vzmetni žični element (4) z osnovnim delom učvrščen v pritrjevalni sklop (2), oba njegova kraka pa potekata ob robovih LED modula (1) in sta na koncu s pritrjevalno zanko (6) zataknjena v utore na zaklepu (3) za pritrditev vzmetnega žičnega elementa (4).The subject of the invention is a spring system for attaching the LED module to the lamp housing which it represents between the attachment assembly on one side and the lock for securing the spring wire element on the other side of the spring wire element. VZMETNI SISTEM ZA PRITRJEVANJE LED MODULA V OHIŠJESPRING SYSTEM FOR FIXING THE LED MODULE INTO THE HOLDER
SVETILKELAMPS
Predmet izuma je vzmetni sistem za pritrjevanje LED modula v ohišje svetilke, ki ga predstavlja med pritrjevalni sklop na eni strani in zaklep za pritrditev vzmetnega žičnega elementa na drugi strani vpet vzmetni žični element, ki s svojo namestitvijo, obliko in konstrukcijo rešuje enostavno pritrjevanje in zamenjavo LED modula v ohišju svetilke. Izum sodi v razred F21V 19/00 mednarodne patentne klasifikacije.The subject of the invention is a spring system for attaching an LED module to the lamp housing, which is represented between a mounting assembly on one side and a lock for attaching a spring wire element on the other, a spring-mounted wire element which by its installation, shape and construction makes it easy to attach and replace LED module in lamp housing. Pri proizvodnji LED svetil predstavlja pritrjevanje LED modula v svetilko poseben izziv. Zagotoviti moramo zelo dober termalni spoj med ohišjem svetilke, ki služi tudi kot hladilno telo in LED modulom. Najpogostejša načina pritrjevanja sta lepljenje z dvostranskim termalno prevodnim lepilnim trakom ali pritrjevanje z vijaki. V obeh primerih je posebej zahtevna predvsem zamenjava LED modula v svetilki, saj potrebujemo dodatno orodje, sam postopek pa je zamuden.
