Abstract

Predmet izuma je vitel s samodejnim nadzorovanim uravnavanjem hitrosti odvijanja vlečne vrvi. Vitel po izumu je uporabljen kot pogonski agregat naprave za spravilo lesa pri slabo dostopnem terenu. Z vitlom po izumu je omogočen tudi daljinsko voden način upravljanja vitla in na podlagi hitrosti vozička (10) krmiljenje zavorne sile vitla s pomočjo zavore (3), ki preko zavornega cilindra (4) deluje na hitrost odvijanja bobna (2) z vlečno vrvjo (6) s pomočjo elektronskega vezja (7) v katerem je omogočena primerjava želene vrednosti hitrosti vozička (10) ter dejanske hitrosti merjene s senzorjem (1) na škripcu (11), ocenitev naklona terena in teže bremena na vozičku (10).The object of the invention is a winch with automatically controlled regulation of the speed of the pulling rope. The winch according to the invention is used as a power unit of a device for harvesting wood in difficult-to-access terrain. With the winch according to the invention, it is also possible to remotely control the winch and, based on the speed of the trolley (10), control the braking force of the winch with the help of the brake (3), which acts via the brake cylinder (4) on the speed of unwinding the drum (2) with the towing rope ( 6) with the help of an electronic circuit (7), in which it is possible to compare the desired value of the speed of the cart (10) and the actual speed measured by the sensor (1) on the pulley (11), to estimate the slope of the terrain and the weight of the load on the cart (10).
