Abstract

Zabojnik za transport sipkih materialov omogoča več načinov praznjenja. Značilen je po tem, da ima klinasto dno, ki omogoča samodejno praznjenje materiala. Vrata na bočnih stenah zabojnika se zapirajo z mehanizmom, ki je nameščen pod vrati. Mehanizem je izdelan tako, da operater z njim rokuje izven toka materiala, zato je upravljanje z mehanizmom varno. Transport sipkih materialov predstavlja v tehniki večji problem kot npr. transport kosovnega ali tekočega blaga. Trenutno poznamo veliko načinov transporta sipkih materialov. Način transporta sipkih materialov je predvsem odvisen od stanja materiala, ki se transportira in od razdalje (dolžine) transporta. Zabojnik je standardnih ISO dimenzij. Osnovni skelet zabojnika je izdelan iz jeklenih cevi ustreznih dimenzij. Odprtine so zaprte z vrati ali profilirano pločevino.
