Abstract

A clamping mechanism (1) of a file folder (2), which consists of a base plate (10) on which two immovable spikes (11, 12) are fastened fixedly and two movable spikes (144, 145) are fastened pivotally, the latter two being either pressable - by means of an appropriate mechanism -against the said immovable spikes (11, 12), or temporarily shiftable into a position at a distance from the immovable spikes (11, 12), where the said plate (10) is adapted for fixing on the interior surface (220) of a cardboard cover (22) of a folder (2) for archivation of respectively perforated sheets of paper and comprises respective holes (181, 182, 183, 184) to receive rivets or similar fixing means for the purpose. The intention of the invention is to design such a clamping mechanism (1) of the said file folder (2) that the latter could be protected on a long-term basis - in an as economic manner as possible and possibly without additional costs in the process of the very manufacture of the mechanism (1) - from unfavourable effects of the said cardboard base on which the mechanism is fixed, especially still from the risk of appearance of corrosion on the perimetral rim (105) of the base plate (10) of the mechanism (1) owing to hygroscopicity of the cardboard material, which the base plate (10) is permanently in contact with during the use of the mechanism or the whole file folder. Tovrsten vpenjalni mehanizem je kot rečeno pritrdljiv na notranjo površino ene izmed platnic registratorja.
