There are generally two ways of setting the operation of the furnace heater and its functions. In the first mode, the operation setting is designed mechanically, with the user manually moving the mechanical switch and setting the mechanical thermostat. In the second mode of operation of the furnace heaters mentioned above, the setting of the operation is designed either by means of electronic modules or mechanical switches and / or electronics. In this case, the user chooses the appropriate baking program, depending on the type of food. In all cases, however, the rapid preheating of the oven is designed in the same way with a certain combination of oven heaters, regardless of the subsequent baking process.

It is an object of the invention to create a new process of baking food in a household appliance that allows the user to create and store their own food baking programs.

The user performs the process of the invention on an oven using a user interface, such as one operated by touch. Said user interface is managed using software not subject to the patent application in question. The user controls the oven by means of the touch sensitive control screen 1, which is essentially divided into three fields, namely selection box 1.1, display field 1.2 and control field 1.3 (Fig. 1). In the aforementioned selection box 1.1, various graphic characters (pictograms) are displayed depending on the current activity.
