The storage of fine materials such as screw goods, bearings, small locksmiths, fittings, small electrical materials, electronic components and materials as well as semi-finished products of larger dimensions is solved in the art in various ways.

Various shelving units, shelves, racks and cabinets are known, with shelves in which the material is stored freely or in boxes.

A common problem with all known solutions is the difficulty in accessing the material stored in the background, and if the material is placed more in the foreground, the space utilization is poor.

Description of the invention

The storage rack 1 of the present invention consists of a carrier frame 1a, one upper suspension bracket 2a, one or more middle movable brackets 2b and one lower movable bracket 2c, and optional sliding doors 3, 4, 5 running along the upper door guides 6 and the lower guides 7 and the hanging sliding frame 8 with a bar 8a suspended on guides 8b and resting on the lower guides 6. wherein said movable brackets 2a, 2b and 2c are composed of the bracket frame 2la,

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As shown in Figure 2, the storage rack 1 of the present invention consists of a support frame 1a, which is divided in width into two or more boxes A (Figure 3) and is constructed as a bar structure made of hollow steel quadrilateral tubes.

It consists of a left side frame 1 la and a right side frame 12a and two or more middle frames 13a that are connected transversely to the connecting profiles 14, front bottom, rear bottom and rear above. The distance between adjacent frames (11 a-13a. 13a-13a, 13-a-I2a) is the width of one shelf box and is equal to A (Fig. 3).

The first guides 15 of the movable brackets 2b and 2c run longitudinally along the back side of the support frame la, and the first guide 15a of the movable console 2a runs transversely below the upper side of the support frame la, at a suitable distance from the rear wall, where said guides are made as "C" profiles , with cutouts 16, 16 for mounting movable brackets.

In the lower part, the lower movable bracket 2c has horizontal supports 25 projecting backwards. At the farthest end of each support 25c, a pivoting guide wheel 25d with a vertical axis is attached.

The lower movable bracket 2c is mounted as described above for the mounting bracket 2b except that it rests with the guide wheels 30a on the front vertical face of the second guide 15c. Thus, the lower movable bracket is clamped at four points.

For all movable brackets, the number of shelves 22a, 22b in height is optional and depends on the needs of the client. Thus, the height can be determined by the material that will be stored on the shelves or by the height of the crates that will stand on the shelves and the like.

As shown in Figure 4. the shelves 22a and 22b may be longitudinally reinforced with one or more grooves and a front and rear upward curved edge.

Said distance A ranges from 0.4 m to 0.9 m, preferably between 0.6 and 0.7 m.

The number of movable brackets to be installed in each rack level is n -1, where n is the number of boxes with width A. The width of each movable bracket 2a and 2b is equal to A + S, where s is the width of the middle frame 13a (Figure 3). The width of the movable cantilever 2c is optional, but preferably the same width as the movable cantilevers 2a and 2b.

As the width of the movable bracket 2a, 2b is wider than the width of field A, it is always ensured that the movable bracket rests on the guide wheels 17a, 18a.

Since the number of movable brackets across the width of the rack is one less than the number of boxes A, each movable bracket can always be moved by one box.

In the example shown, the rack contains three boxes A, one level of the upper movable brackets 2a, three levels of the middle movable brackets 2b and one level of the lower movable brackets 2c, where 6 shelves are placed on the middle movable bracket 2b, and three shelves are mounted on the upper movable bracket 2a and two on the bottom 2c. For all consoles 2a, 2b and 2c, the top shelf has a slightly lower depth than the rest, which are identical.

When the rack is positioned, the user opens the door of the selected field and moves the sliding brackets left or right, depending on which shelf they want to reach. In case he wants to access the higher shelf, he moves frame 8 and steps onto bar 8a.

Moving the movable brackets gives access to each shelf or every part of the rack, since the movable brackets, which are in levels that block us from accessing a certain space, can easily be moved sideways.
