Abstract

The subject of invention is a mechanism for training and exercising of arms and upper part of body, consisting of interlinked crank/joint elements which are forming fork-shape hubs and axles enabling the rotational movement as well as of guides enabling the translatory movement without possibility of pivoting around the centre line which is parallel to the direction of the mentioned translatory movement. The execution of the mechanism for training and exercising of arms and upper part of body according to the invention is made possible by interlinked load-bearing elements (1, 2, 2', 3, 3', 4, 4', 5, 5', 6, 6') which are representing joints and guides and are composed of fork-shape hubs and axles, where the joints enable the resistance-adjustable rotational movement, while the guides enable the resistance-adjustable translatory movement without possibility of pivoting around the centre line which is parallel to the direction of the translatory movement.
