Predmet izuma je mehanizem za vadbo in razgibavanje rok in zgornjega dela telesa, sestavljen iz medsebojno povezanih ročičnozglobnih elementov, ki tvorijo viličasta pesta in osi, ki omogočajo rotacijsko gibanje ter vodil, ki omogočajo translatorno gibanje brez možnosti zasuka okoli središčnice, ki je vzporedna s smerjo omenjenega translatornega is gibanja.
