Abstract

The subject of the invention is a drinking container with locations for fixed advertising and advertising, or more specifically catering items, preferably pots, mugs and jars of any materials, with advertising advertising space for visual permanent messages.

The invention is envisaged to be classified within G 09F 23/06, G 09F 3/04 and A 47G 19/22 within the international patent classification.

The technical problem solved by the invention is such a construction of the drinking container, which will allow the fixed placement of permanent advertising advertising messages, while at the same time the whole construction of the drinking container will remain simple and compact.

Drinking containers with various designs on the outside or inside of the hollow jacket are generally known. The paintings are more or less artistic in nature, and their main purpose is to make the drinking bowl attractive to buyers and users.

According to GB 2 168 834, there is a well-known advertising container that has an informative message of any design at the bottom. Preferably, the purpose of this message is to warn the user not to drink while driving. The user sees this message every time they empty the container to the bottom.

According to document GB 2 439 140, a drinking vessel is known which has a phosphor coating of a luminous layer on the outside of the bottom.

GB 2 414 193 discloses a bow-shaped gaming device on a stalk with a pedestal. On the pedestal there are graphic signs in the sense of indicative signs, and around the stalk is a movable part of the hanger shape. The game section rotates around the stalk and randomly stops at a specific graphic mark. The device is intended solely for gaming purposes.

According to document DE 20 2004 008 010, a well-known drinking container is known, which has a built-in audio module for voice communication of arbitrary or even advertising messages in the slightly thicker bottom. The disadvantage of this drinking container is mainly due to the complex design and the absence of a visual mode of communication.

Furthermore, according to US 2008/0128429, a glass of drinking water or wine is known, with removable or removable magnetic signs affixed to the wall of the beaker, stalk and base. Signs are affixed to the glass with a magnetic side and the other side is ornamented. The glass contains no audio or video message.

The common feature of all the known known solutions is, in terms of advertising or visual effect, the treated bottom of the drinking vessel. Variants are in the mode of this processing, in the type of effect and its purpose. The problem that has remained unresolved is that the surface of the drinking container jacket is unused in advertising and advertising terms.

According to the invention, the problem is solved by a drinking container which has fixed advertising and advertising sites in different locations of its coat and at the bottom. The invention will be described in the preferred embodiments and illustrative drawings

The drinking container with locations for fixed advertising and advertising is essentially a drinking container 1 of any shape or design, made of any material consisting of a layer 2 and a bottom 3.

On cover 2, the drinking container 1 has advertising spaces 4 and 5 of any shape and dimension, preferably lying at an angle of 180 ° and intended for advertising messages. Between them there are vertical spaces for the logo 6 and 7, which are also 180 ° in relation to one another and are intended for advertising signs or marks. It follows from the above that the advertising space 4 is followed by the space for the logo 6, then the advertising space 5 and the space for the logo 7, in anticlockwise direction. In another embodiment, which is not shown, the advertising space 4 and 5 and the logo space 6 and 7 on the coat 2 may be followed in a completely different order and may be spaced at different angles to one another. In other embodiments, the number of advertising and advertising sites or locations may be optional on the drinking container 1. Thus, Coat 2 may be provided with advertising space 4 and / or advertising space 5 and / or logo space 6 and / or logo space 7.

At the bottom 3 of the drinking container 1 is an advertising space 8, the size and shape of the bottom 3, which is not the subject of the invention.
