Abstract

(57) The mixing element for forced mixing in a concrete shovel enhances the quality and speed of mixing while at the same time it also reduces the energy consumption. The mixing element consists of a left (1) and right (2) external sectional wormwheel, which are pushing the material from the sides towards the centre, and an internal segment-structured wormwheel (3) and (5), filling the area between the shaft and the external sectional wormwheel thus pushing the material in the opposite direction regarding the external wormwheel. The concept of the mixing element enables simple production which is from the aspect of material consumption also very effective.

Predmet izuma je mešalna zajemalka za beton z novo izvedbo mešalnega elementa zaradi katerega se povečata kvaliteta in hitrost mešanja.The object of the invention is a concrete mixer with a new design of the mixing element which increases the quality and speed of mixing.

Mešalna zajemalka za beton je dodatno orodje za delovne stroje (bagerje, nakladalnike, traktorje in viličarje). Večinoma se uporablja kot zamenjava obstoječe delovne zajemalke. Uporablja se na gradbiščih, terenu oz. tam, kjer rabimo hitro določeno količino betona.Concrete mixer is an additional tool for working machines (excavators, loaders, tractors and forklifts). Mostly used as a replacement for an existing work scoop. Used on construction sites, terrain or where we need a quick amount of concrete.

Znanih rešitev mešalnih elementov v mešalnih zajemalkah za beton je precej. V največ primerih se uporabljajo različne izvedbe polžev in mešalna pedala.There are many known solutions for mixing elements in concrete mixers. In most cases, different worm designs and mixing pedals are used.
