Izum spada v razred A63C9/20 mednarodne patentne klasifikacije.The object of the invention is a locking mechanism for cross-country skiing. The closure mechanism according to the invention is located on the shoe lacing, which allows shorter execution and thus better lengthening of the lash according to the curvature of the upper surface of the skis. The invention belongs to the class A63C9 / 20 of the international patent classification.

The technical problem that the present design of the closure mechanism of the invention successfully solves is how to provide better bonding flexibility with respect to the curvature of the upper surface of the ski while maintaining all the characteristics of the ski as intended by the ski manufacturer. Another technical problem that is successfully solved by the invention is how to provide at the front, at the tip of the shoe, sufficient space for the shoe to rotate freely about the running axis of the skis when the shoe mounting point is moved towards the center of the sole to allow a sufficient angle of rotation and with thus, sufficient lifting of the heel in the phase of the cross-country skiing. A third technical problem that the invention successfully solves is the construction of cross-country skiing links that will be as light as possible, allowing for better ski handling.

Known solutions have a locking mechanism located at the front, before mounting the shoe. The problem with these solutions is that due to the length they extend, the bond is less adapted to the curvature of the upper surface of the ski, thus destroying the characteristics planned by the ski manufacturer.

The solution to the problems shown above is described in patent AU 6288901. The problem with this solution is that the embroidery is constructed to the maximum intended size with the shoe point below the ankles of the foot, thus allowing sufficient space for the shoe to rotate freely around the axis of the shoe, but the distance from The shoe's attachment to the tip increases with respect to size, which in smaller sizes consequently means too much unused space between the shoe's attachment and the closing mechanism and causes snow to accumulate, which impedes the shoe's free rotation about the axis of the shoe and when running on skis.

The technical problems are solved by the closing mechanism of the cross-country skiing link according to the invention, which is located on the link below the shoe. This makes the bond shorter, allowing for better bond flexibility with respect to the curvature of the upper surface of the ski, thus retaining all the characteristics of the ski as intended by the ski manufacturer.

The closure mechanism according to the invention also solves the problem of additional space between the clamp and the closing mechanism when the clamping point is below the articulation of the foot. Since the space is not limited by the front closing mechanism, it is possible to rotate the shoe freely around the pivot axis, which allows a sufficient angle of rotation and, thus, sufficient lifting of the heel during the skid phase during cross-country skiing. As the berth is shorter and space is maximally utilized, the berth is also easier, allowing for better ski handling.

Podrobneje bo izum pojasnjen v nadaljevanju z opisom izvedbenega primera in priloženih risb, od katerih kaže slika 1 pogled s strani na vez s čevljem, z zapiralnim mehanizmom v odpetem stanju po izumu;The invention will now be explained in more detail below with a description of an embodiment and the accompanying drawings, of which Fig. 1 is a side view of a shoe embroidery with an open-loop closing mechanism according to the invention;

Zapiralni mehanizem 1 vezi za tek na smučeh po izumu, ki je prikazan na sliki 1, je sestavljen iz veznega člena 7 in zapiralnega dela 9, ki sta med seboj povezana z osjo 13, in je lociran za točko vpetja pod čevljemThe cross-country ski locking mechanism 1 of the invention shown in Figure 1 consists of a link member 7 and a locking part 9 interconnected with the axis 13 and is located behind the point of attachment below the shoe

The front part 2 of the link is made of the base 5 and the fixed part 8, which are screwed through the openings 16 and 17 to the ski 3, and of the movable part 6.

Zapiralni mehanizem 1 je preko veznega člena 7 z osjo 14 povezan z gibljivim delom 6, preko zapiralnega dela 9 pa je z osjo 15 povezan z fiksnim delom 8.The locking mechanism 1 is connected to the movable part 6 via a linking member 7 with the axis 14 and connected to the fixed part 8 via the locking part 9.

Zaprto stanje vezi je prikazano na sliki 2.Entry with shoe 11 into the front part 2 of the connection is made so that the closing part 9 must be lifted as shown in Fig. 1. The shoe 11 approaches the front part 2 of the connection so that the axis 12 on the shoe 11 is just above the pliers 10. The axis 12 on the shoe 11 moves into the pliers 10, then the shoe 11 rotates about the axis 12 on the shoe 11 so that the heel of the shoe 11 approaches the heel portion 4 of the tie. Due to the rotation of the shoe 11, the closing part 9 is pushed down, and the moving part 6 is moved back through the connecting member 7 and the connection goes into the closed state. The closed state of the bond is shown in Figure 2.

Os 12 na čevlju 11 ima prost izhod iz klešč 10.The exit of the shoe 11 from the front part 2 of the connection is made by rotating the shoe 11 first about the axis 12 of the shoe 11 by raising the heel. The locking portion 9 is then raised with the finger. This moves the movable part 6 of the jaw forward through the connecting member 7. The axis 12 on the shoe 11 has a free exit from the pliers 10.
