Abstract

The invention is based upon the problem of how to realize a technologically simplified and rationalized and at the same time at any ski exploitation conditions still enough reliable attachment of a tip and/or tail protector (2) to a ski (1). According to the invention, the ski (1) with the attached tip and/or tail protector (2), i.e. the ski which wears the protector (2) attachable to its front part or tip (10) respectively by means of a generally non-disassemblable connection, is designed in such a way that it comprises, in the area of its extreme front - actually transversely running - edge (11), at least one leading or click-in notch (12) respectively intended to receive a guiding or a click-in pin (21) - which is a part of the protector (2) - respectively matching the notch with regard to its design and position.

Omenjena rešitev je torej po tehnični plati sicer dobra in zanesljiva, je pa tehnološko zelo zahtevna in na tej osnovi težko opredeljiva kot racionalna. Dasiravno je mogoče omenjene zajede na prednjem delu izdelati npr. z vrtanjem, rezkanjem ali žaganjem, je v sarijski proizvodnji smuči vendarle najhitrejši in najbolj racionalen način izsekavanje oz. štancanje. Še najbolj racionalen način izdelave zajed na prednjem delu smučke v skladu z doslej znano rešitvijo se torej vrši s pomočjo tehnološko dokaj zahtevnih in dragih odrezovalnih orodij na primernih strojih. Na tem mestu pa velja gre poudariti, da so pri enem samem izdelku, namreč sami eni vrsti smučke, v praksi potrebne vsaj tri različne širine prednjega dela, če naj bi bilo s to vrsto smučke mogoče pokriti celotno območje komercialno zanimivih in uveljavljenih različic glede na dolžino smučke. To pa seveda pomeni, da so za izvedbo prednjega dela smučke po znani zasnovi potrebna najmanj tri zahtevna in draga rezalna orodja (in po možnosti oz. za zagotovitev neprekinjene proizvodnje brez pretiranih zastojev tudi tri obdelovalna postrojenja z vsemi podajalnimi pripomočki). Za nameček je potrebno zaradi prisotnosti bočnih vdolbin oz. izbočitev vselej računati z razmeroma velikimi izmerami ščitnika v vzdolžni smeri smučke, kar vsekakor narekuje ostre omejitve tudi pri oblikovanju vključno z dokajšnjo porabo materiala.
