Abstract

A throw-away band with a catch is solving the carrier's or user's identification problem. The use of the band is very simple: an optional hole on the band is put over a locking socket with a catch inside. As soon as the band has been closed, it still must be locked by putting a pin at the end of a small strip, which is a part of the band, into the hole of the locking socket until the teeth of the pin and the catch click into place.
