Claims (18)
- Patentni zahtevki1. Komunikacijska naprava, ki se nahaja na krovu mobilnega sredstva, ki ima več zapisovalnikov dogodka / podatkov, v nadaljevanju EDR-jev, (104), vsak od množine zapisovalnikov dogodka / podatkov deluje v skladu z vnaprej določenim komunikacijskim protokolom, pri čemer se nekateri izmed omenjenih komunikacijskih protokolov razlikujejo iz drugih omenjenih komunikacijskih protokolov, pri čemer naprava obsega: pomnilnik (122), prilagojen za shranjevanje omenjenih vnaprej določenih komunikacijskih protokolov za vsakega od množine zapisovalnikov dogodka / podatkov; procesor (120), prilagojen za dinamično določanje konfiguracije zapisovalnika dogodka / podatkov množine zapisovalnikov dogodka / podatkov, za izbiro komunikacijskega protokola na osnovi na konfiguracije zapisovalnika dogodka / podatkov ter za konfiguriranje vmesnika EDR (110)) za komunikacijo z zapisovalnikom dogodka / podatkov (104) z uporabo izbranega komunikacijskega protokola; in vmesnik EDR (110), prilagojen za komunikacijo z zapisovalnikom dogodka / podatkov z izbranim komunikacijskim protokolom.
- 2. Komunikacijska naprava po zahtevku 1, ki nadalje obsega oddajnik, prilagojen za prenos podatkov iz zapisovalnika dogodka / podatkov v oddaljeni računalnik.
- 3. Komunikacijska naprava po zahtevku 2, pri čemer je oddajnik brezžični oddajnik, prilagojen za prenos podatkov na oddaljeni računalnik na brezžični način.
- 4. Komunikacijska naprava po zahtevku 1, ki nadalje obsega odjemalski vmesnik (112), prilagojen za sporočanje podatkov iz zapisovalnika dogodka / podatkov v oddaljeni računalnik (115) in za sporočanje ukazov oddaljenega računalnika v vmesnik EDR.
- 5. Komunikacijska naprava po zahtevku 4, ki je nadalje prilagojena, da: prejme zahtevo oddaljenega računalnika na odjemalskem vmesniku za komunikacijo z zapisovalnikom dogodka / podatkov z uporabo prvega komunikacijskega protokola; prekinitev komunikacije med vmesnikom EDR in zapisovalnikom dogodka / podatkov; rekonfiguracija vmesnika EDR in odjemalskega vmesnika za delovanje v prehodnem načinu; in upravljanje odjemalskega vmesnika in vmesnika EDR v prehodnem načinu.
- 6. Komunikacijska naprava po zahtevku 5, nadalje prilagojena, da: nadzoruje odjemalski vmesnik za kakršnokoli komunikacijo iz oddaljenega računalnika; in prekine upravljanje odjemalskega vmesnika in vmesnika EDR v prehodnem načinu, če oddaljeni računalnik ni aktiven na odjemalskem vmesniku.
- 7. Komunikacijska naprava po zahtevku 6, pri čemer je odjemalski vmesnik brezžični vmesnik, oddaljeni računalnik pa je brezžični oddajnik/sprejemnik.
- 8. Komunikacijska naprava po zahtevku 1, pri čemer pomnilnik vključuje komunikacijske protokole, ki se uporabljajo za komuniciranje z uporabo vsaj enega od: (1) RS232 protokola; (2) Ethernet protokola; (3) protokola RS485; (4) protokola RS422; (5) mreže območja krmilnika, CAN, protokola; in (6) univerzalnega serijskega vodnika, USB, protokola.
- 9. Komunikacijska naprava po zahtevku 1, nadalje prilagojena za sinhronizacijo časa komunikacijske naprave z univerzalnim časom in za sporočanje sinhroniziranega časa vsakemu od množine EDR-jev.
- 10. Komunikacijska naprava po zahtevku 1, nadalje prilagojena, da: sinhronizira čas komunikacijske naprave z univerzalnim časom; zahteva lokalne čase EDR od vsakega od množine EDR-jev; primerja lokalne čase EDR s sinhroniziranim časom; in pošlje ukaz enemu ali več od množine EDR-jev, da prilagodijo svoje lokalne EDR čase sinhroniziranemu časa.
- 11. Komunikacijska naprava po zahtevku 1, pri čemer je pomnilnik nadalje prilagojen za shranjevanje programa za obdelavo podatkov za obdelavo podatkov o dogodkih, prejetih od množine EDR (-jev), pri čemer program za obdelavo podatkov obsega: prvo rutino za prejemanje podatkov iz EDR v obliki, ki jo ustvarja EDR; drugo rutino za pretvorbo podatkov, prejetih iz EDR, v format, ki ga je mogoče prikazati prek spletnega brskalnika; in tretjo rutino za posredovanje pretvorjenih podatkov s pomočjo odjemalskega vmesnika.
- 12. Komunikacijska naprava po zahtevku 11, pri čemer je pomnilnik nadalje prilagojen za shranjevanje specifikacij oblike za podatke, ki jih generira množina EDR-jev in pri čemer druga rutina uporablja specifikacije oblike za pretvorbo podatkov, dobljenih iz EDR.
- 13. Postopek za komuniciranje z zapisovalnikom dogodka / podatkov, v nadaljevanju EDR, ki se nahaja na krovu mobilnega sredstva, pri čemer postopek obsega: določanje konfiguracije EDR; izbira komunikacijskega protokola, ki temelji na konfiguraciji EDR; konfiguriranje vmesnika EDR za komuniciranje z EDR z uporabo izbranega komunikacijskega protokola; in komuniciranje z EDR prek vmesnika EDR.
- 14. Postopek po zahtevku 13, pri čemer je EDR eden od množine EDR-jev, pri čemer vsak od množine EDR-jev komunicira z drugačnim komunikacijskim protokolom.
- 15. Postopek po zahtevku 13, ki nadalje obsega: prejemanje podatkov EDR iz EDR; izbira oblike podatkov EDR, ki temelji na konfiguraciji EDR; interpretiranje podatkov EDR na osnovi oblike podatkov EDR; in shranjevanje podatkov EDR v pomnilnik strojne platforme na krovu.
- 16. Postopek po zahtevku 15, ki nadalje obsega: pretvarjanje podatkov EDR v obliko, berljivo s programsko opremo internetnega brskalnika; in sporočanje pretvorjenih podatkov EDR oddaljenemu računalniku.
- 17. Postopek po zahtevku 16, pri čemer komuniciranje pretvorjenih podatkov oddaljenemu računalniku obsega brezžično sporočanje pretvorjenih podatkov oddaljenemu računalniku.
- 18. Postopek po zahtevku 17, ki nadalje obsega: sinhronizacijo časa strojne platforme na krovu z univerzalnim časom; sprejem lokalnega časa EDR; primerjanje časa EDR z univerzalnim časom; in če je EDR čas drugačen od univerzalnega časa, pošiljanje zahteve EDR, da posodobi svoj lokalni čas.
