5 A carbon removing device comprises a hydrogen storage case, a first pipe, a flow controller, a second pipe, and a control unit. The control unit outputs electric control signal to the flow controllerin accordance with the size of the device awaiting decarbonization to controlflow velocity of hydrogen outputting via the first pipe from the hydrogen storage case,and the hydrogen with thecontrolled 10 flow velocity enters the device awaiting decarbonization via the second pipe. No electrolyzing water and waterseparating from the gas are required to avoid hydrolockcaused by the water beingnot easily separated from gas and in turn damaging the cylinder of the device awaiting decarbonization. Therefore, economical operation for carbon removal is carried out effectively, and it is much 15 more effectivethan the conventional carbon removing device during using. Figure 1
