PHOTOVOLTAIC HEAT INSULATION DEVICEA photovoltaic heat insulation device (1) includes a photovoltaic unit (1) that includes a solarpanel (21), 5 and a heat insulator (3), which has a transparent substrate (31) attached to an inner side of the solar panel, and a film layer (32) formed on the transparent substrate. The heat insulator insulates heat, and the film layer thereof is patterned and can reflect light 10 outwardly, thereby enhancing esthetic effects and heating insulating properties.FIG. 2
