Abstract

INTEGRATED MULTIPLE LANE FREE FLOW VEHICLE ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM The present invention is an integrated multiple lane free flow vehicle enforcement system. Namely, the present invention can correctly process an image enforcement to all kinds of vehicles even though the vehicles pass through the enforcement points, which respectively has a door frame apparatus mounted thereon, under a normal speed and freely changes the lanes, which are not concretely separated. The image enforcement system comprises an image gathering unit, a license plate identifying unit, an image registration unit and a vehicle-model identifying unit. The present invention relates to a multiple lanes free flow vehicle enforcement system, which can be employed by a super highway, a road, a bridge, a toll station and a specific place, so as to be an image enforcement mechanism of vehicle electric toll or just an image enforcement mechanism. The present invention also can be combined with a database of VCU/license-plate blacklist for arresting stolen vehicles and false VCU etc. Thus, the employment of the image enforcement system can effectively increase the enforcement service quality and reduce the labor and the personnel cost.
