The method can generate an image by using an original two-dimensional code on the basis of a preset pattern thereby verifying the original two-dimensional code by using the image. In this way, it can be judged, when there is no network available, whether the two-dimensional code is tampered. The present application has abundant use scenarios, is not limited by networks or mobile terminals, and makes two- dimensional code verification more interesting.
