Abstract
Substrate Storage Container 5 A substrate storage container with increased mounting force of the conveyance component is provided. The substrate storage container comprises a container body 20 having an opening closed by a 10 lid and capable of storing a plurality of substrates, and a conveyance component 30 detachably attached to the container body 20, wherein a mounting mechanism 40 includes first mounting portions 40A on the opening side of the container body 20 and a second 15 mounting portion 40B on the side away from the opening. Furthermore, the conveyance component 30 has engaging portions to be engaged with the mounting mechanism 40, and the engaging portions includes first engaging portions 36 displaced and 20 engaged in a predetermined direction and a second engaging portion 37 displaced and engaged in a direction different from the predetermined direction.
