Abstract
REACTION TREATMENT DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING REACTION TREATMENT DEVICE [] A reaction processor 30 is provided with a reaction processing vessel 10 in which a channel 12 is formed, a liquid feeding system 37, a temperature control system 32 for providing a high temperature region and a low temperature region to the channel 12, and a fluorescence detector 50 for detecting a sample 20 passing through a fluorescence detection region of the channel 12, and a CPU 36 for controlling the liquid feeding system 37 based on a signal that is detected. When the sample 20 moves from the low temperature region to the high temperature region, the CPU 36 instructs the liquid feeding system 37 to stop the sample 20 when a predetermined first waiting time has passed from the time when the passage of the sample 20 through the fluorescence detection region is detected by the fluorescence detector 50. When the sample 20 moves from the high temperature region to the low temperature region, the CPU 36 instructs the liquid feeding system 37 to stop the sample 20 when a predetermined second waiting time, which is set independently of the first waiting time, has passed from the time when the passage of the sample 20 through the fluorescence detection region is detected by the fluorescence detector 50.
