[Document Type] [Title of the Invention] HOT-DIP GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME This hot-dip galvanized steel sheet includes a steel sheet; a hot-dip galvanized layer that is provided on a surface of the steel sheet and contains Mg: 0.05 mass% to 2.00 mass%, Al: 0.1 mass% or more and less than 1.0 mass%, Ni: 0.05 mass% to 2.00 mass%, and a remainder including Zn and impurities; a Co-Mg-Zn layer that is provided on a surface of the hot-dip galvanized layer and contains 0.1 mg/m2 to 2.0 mg/m2 of Co precipitates in terms of a metal Co amount, Mg, and Zn; and an organic resin film that is provided in an upper layer of the Co-Mg-Zn layer.
