Abstract

The present invention relates to a cold-rolled steel sheet for producing a hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet and an alloyed hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet, and provides a technique that enables the production of a hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet and an alloyed hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet, which have good surface appearance and plating adhesion, even from a cold-rolled steel sheet containing Cr. A cold-rolled steel sheet which contains, in mass%, from 0.040% to 0.500% (inclusive) of C, 1.00% or less of Si, from 2.00% to 3.80% (inclusive) of Mn and from 0.3% to 1.00% (inclusive) of Cr with the balance made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities, and wherein the Cr concentration and the Mn concentration in a portion from the surface to the depth of 0.5 mm in the thickness direction are respectively set to 0.20% or less and 1.8% or less.
