Abstract

A COMPUTERIZED METHOD, COMPUTER SYSTEM AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT FOR PROVIDING A USER WITH PERSONALIZED FINANCIAL INFORMATION A method is proposed for providing a user with financial information. Financial data describing actual financial transactions made by a user is used to define a fictional scenario describing the financial situation of a character associated with at least one financial account. The fictional scenario is allowed to evolve, with input from the user to control actions taken by the character, and it is determined whether the final state of the fictional scenario complies with goal criteria. Thus, the user is presented with an enjoyable, partially fictionalized version of his or her own financial situation, and can learn appropriate behaviors to achieve financial goals. Advice may be generated to the user as to how to do this. [Figure to print with the abstract: Fig. ] 22
